- MN baked in the Solar Oven Society Sport. 250-275 degrees from 11:30 to 2pm, 45oN! Follow any eggplant parmesan recipe and choose your own favorite cheese and spices. Note: No sound as I was tripping over lumber for my solar deck fixup and muttering under my breath.
