Looks good, but I am partial to the royal blue on black. Have nearly got the right side of my Dodge quad cab rebuilt. Be ready for some questions, cause I will have a few. Happy New Year, from the Welding Works Co.
Glad your on the mend! It looks good on the black, but too subtle on the white. I have a white base paint job coming up and still haven’t found “the right” transition coat to put over it. I’m open to suggestions y’all!!
That looks sweet on the black definitely a 5. Over the white I'd give it a 3. I'd like to see this sprayed over Oarnge! I'm thinking it would look pretty sweet but could be wrong.
I’ll give the paint a 3 because you need 4 clear coats, but I love the creativity of using product from big box store which makes it a 5! CONTENT IDEA: order some cheap lace tablecloth, and do a silhouette rustolium paint job.
That black don't look bad at all. The white isn't bad, it just seems as if it would take a heavier load to actually make it pop. Good spray out nonetheless! Happy New Year John! 🎉
I like your work. I just think it needed more on this one. At least triple of what you put in there. I love that green, but the white it didn't seem right. Just wasn't quite enough flakes. Trial-and-error, that's what it's about right... like I saidlike I said 👍 3
I know it's a fine flake, but from my 65" monitor it actually looks like big flake. Probably just the texture that's throwing me off. Great video. Happy New Year to you and the famiiy.
Mostly green with a hint of blue, pink and gold the Black is a 2 . As you stated it needs to buried in clear then cut and buffed. My 2 rating for sure would have been higher. As for the White, it's a 1. It just looked lumpy. I did not really see any color shift at all. Even buried in clear with a cut and buff might not help. So I have to ask, what if you use a small amount of a candy or pearl in the clear?Color of your choosing or viewers if you wanted to put it to a vote. Now after you spray the candy or pearl and give it a proper cut and buff what are the chances it would wake up the micro flake and make it pop? Hope you feel better soon. Thanks again. Elwood
I am a fan of the over black. I almost feel either one coat less or 2 more coats …. I think its a little much to be a subtle accent and it’s not enough for a real color change But then, what again do I know sitting here, criticizing this from behind the keyboard? I’m not the guy doing the painting looks fine.
I give it a 5. Really pops over the black, I prefer it over the white better though. Keep up the good work, looking forward to seeing more in 2025
100% agree
For really no money, that looks amazing. Better than I thought it would
Looks good on the black makes it pop and on the white you can see just a color change like that.
About a #3 on the black.glad to see you back and well.Happy new years 🎉🇺🇸 as always another good one.🇺🇸👍
Thanks for the cool paint tips ! May I suggest you get yourself a wireless microphone you can clip on your shirt or hat. 👍🏼
I’d LOVE to see a yellow base with a fine orange perl over it!😊

I wonder how this would come out over royal blue rustoleum. This cheap stuff is super interesting.
That looks so great, hard to believe it's not *actual* car flake, Id give it a 3. Happy new year!
Astonishing! Keep it up! Looking up to your work next year! 🎉🎉🎉

Good to see you! Happy New Year! This spray out is too chunky for my taste. Cheers! 😎👍🍾🥂🎇🎆🎇
I give the white a 3 and the black a 4. both are interesting.
Could you do this with sprayed rustoleum out of the gallon can?
Yes you can thanks for watching
Need one with huge flakes like a bass boat
for the price and you doing the dirty work for me so i don't have to learn the hard way 10/5!
Or your favorite smoke gray

Yeah, the camera does make it look a bit bigger than it is but it's the nature of flakes unfortunately, thanks for watching!
✨✨✨✨✨🎆🎇Sparkly!

Would make for a great video I'll have to do it on a future episode thanks for watching!
That’s really cool. But what kind of craft do people use that for and why is it in a craft store that’s crazy to me
I'd call that more of a glitter than metallic, not my cup of tea personally but still nice results!
