  • Incredibly delicious and easy salad! This healthy salad is made of broccoli, cauliflower, quinoa and red cabbage! This is a very easy recipe and can be prepared in just a few minutes. The salad is refreshing, colourful, crunchy and super delicious! This broccoli salad recipe is so delicious you will want to make it again!

    Ingredients:
    200g | 8oz broccoli
    300g | 10oz cauliflower
    200g | ½ a small red cabbage
    80g | 3oz raisins or dried cranberries
    50g | 2oz fresh dill
    ½ cup | 90g | 3oz uncooked quinoa
    Dressing:
    1/3 cup | 80ml | 3fl oz vegetable or olive oil
    1tsp mustard
    1tbsp maple syrup
    zest and juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste

    I’ve been looking for a recipe like this forever. People always use fattening creamy dressing I don’t like. Thank you for making this simple.

    I tried it today and it turned out good. I did make small changes to the sauce by adding my homemade horseradish as there was no mustard, reducing the oil quantity adding chickpea water as well to have enough sauce, and using 1 teaspoon of manuka honey instead of maple syrup. Thanks a lot!

    Thanks for all the amazing recipes on this channel, I've got a lot to try out now which I'm very excited for. And this dish also looks delicious! Will also try this recipe out. I probably never ate cauliflower or broccoli raw, so I'm curious how it will be 👀. Looking forward to it!
    Just a tip/question: I can't find in some recipes for how many people (servings) it is. Maybe I read over it, if so, then disregard this 😄 I'm not sure how much to make for a certain amount of people. Wanted to make the red lentil patties as well, but I'm not sure how many servings that one is either.

    I'm guessing bulgur wheat would work in place of quinoa. What about lentils?

    How long do you soak the cauli and broccoli in salt water?

      Wash and soak in salt water for 5 minutes. This helps to remove impurities and dust from broccoli and cauliflower. Please turn on subtitles as you can find this info in subtitles. Thank you
