I just bought one, about to unbox it. I saw it being used by a youtube that was cleaning her house and I was so impressed with how well it was picking up dirt (literally) off the floor as her husband had been working on the yard and tracked some into the house. I was blown away and decided to invest in this new tool. Thank you for the great video!
I clicked on link to purchase. It states hard floors. Also no crevice as its more a mop/brush not a hoover. Thanks for the review I have seen USA cleaning vids where people use a wet vacuum on carpets it's great for pet hair and allergies.
@@k.irsyad if you don't necessarily want a cordless cleaner, take a look at the Shark Hydrovac XL. It seems to be better, and you don't have to worry about the battery dying out. This seems to be a big problem on some cordless cleaners, and they definitely don't make it easy to replace the batteries, as they are not user replaceable.
i use mine to clean dogs pee, nopw i'm having problems on how to remove foul smell from the exhaust of the H12 pro. the roller is clean and has no smell, the filter in the dirty tank is also fine. The nozzle i sprayed and rinsed well with a bidet, and still having trouble with the fouls smell coming out of the exhaust/vent. any ideas how to solve this?
Apart from cleaning or even replacing the filters, the only other thing is to make sure when the water containers are empty that they are left to completely dry before they go back on the cleaner
Nice review! Received mine a couple of days ago and tried it for the first time today. Impressive. Any updates you'd like to pass on after 1 year of ownership? Cheers!
This machine is out of this world i cant fault it at all. Its amazing well worth the money

Great to know this was helpful for you, thanks for the feedback.
This product looks very useful. Does it do carpets? Does it have a crevice tool just to hoover the smaller areas?

Im curious on how this vacuum can perform when vacuuming carpet.
This is not made for carpets, it is made for hard floors. So I'd assume it will be pretty bad on carpets.
@@a4andrei thanks fo the reply. Much appreciated 👍🏻 i actually thought there is 1 machine that can do all haha

H12 dual can do what you want, but also more expensive.@@k.irsyad
How do you get the charging port to work,,I unboxed mine yesterday but it won't charge it just keeps saying error contact customer service
Can you vacuum the bed with it?
This is mainly a hard floor cleaner rather than one for vacuuming beds

Not really any updates, just that i use it regularly and it still works really well. I hope you enjoy using yours too 😊
How do you get it to not talk??
I'm not sure to be honest, but it can be a bit annoying all the time
And not a word about the dry cleaner that comes in the set?
Looks like a Tineco
thank you sir
I thought it was a model skyscraper 🤣😅
