I've never sold on StockX before but I take photos of merchandise when is sells and video record the packaging process. I also would submit this unboxing video to StockX and demand payment for the revenue that was lost. Payment in the form of direct deposit or a credit to your seller's account. Unacceptable! I would give them HELL🔥

The person that ordered the shoe, got the shoe, they just didn't get your shoes. StockX and the rest of those online companies are reseller's themselves. They have an inventory, and if the sale is that significant, they're sending yours back to you, and sending the customer a pair of their on hand inventory stock.

I sold a Scarface supreme tee in the bag not even opened from the wrap with the sticker on it, they took 5 days to tell me the shirt wasn’t new. They were literally the FIRST people to rip open the DS bag it came in and unfold the shirt and I even sent a supreme bag from the store even 3 stickers it came with. Then I got the item back and they didn’t even give me back the stickers I sent or my supreme bag. Terrible experience as a seller and made me upset.

And from a buyers point of view too, wouldnt they wanna receive them in original bag the shirts or any item they come in? Even if they rip it, why cant they save the orig bag and send with it?? Not all buyers want to rock em. They buy to sit and wait for resell to go up but it makes it harder for potential buyers down the line to see that item as legit when out of bag. Its a shame

I recently sold shoes on there and they came back and said it was the wrong size... a size 10 instead of a size 9, I got the same form letter you got, with no 15% charge. One problem though I checked the size before I sent it to them, the only thing I can think of is maybe I read UK size on them instead of the US size. I ordered them through the Nike sneaker app through a lottery, and I ordered a size 9, my order stated a size 9, the box stated a size 9; however what Stockx sent back was a size 10. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but now that I see your video, I'm thinking they mixed up the shoes inadvertently or had a size 10 that they couldn't move for a decent profit.

I've bought 3 pairs from stockx and sold 1. Sold a pair of win like 96 11s. I did try on the left shoe, DS tied it back and sold it to them with no problems. Depends on the verifier I guess.
Big bruh, I’m glad I found your channel cause they pulled the same bull on me too! Had a deadstock pair of semi frozen yellows, picked em up straight from Champs that morning. Someone bought em the very next day. Few days later , They sent me the same letter! Word for word. I could not believe it! Mind you, I hadn’t bought from them before nor sold anything, that was my first time and my last cause that rubbed me the wrong way!
Dude this exact same thing happened to me with StockX. OMG! I emailed them and ask what happened but they never responded to my email. Thought it only happened to me.

I bought from finish line before and the pair was tried on, it doesn't smell brand new anymore.
You got to zoom in to the bottoms of the shoes, the linings, and the smell of the shoes. Look inside the shoe to check for lint and stains.
Finishline sold me used shoes too. Just make sure you check your shoes when you go there.
I recieved a size 14 BC3 from stock x over 3 weeks ago without shoe trees in both shoes, no Jordan hangtag and the right shoe was unlaced.

Glad I watched this cause I had my reservations about the entire authentication process. Never have done business with but I was even scare to send them my real shoes and have them keep them and send me some replicated pairs. I am willing to bet these middle men shoe distribution company’s will be on a 60 min report in years to come. I sold a pair of beluga 1.0s on stockx. they sent them back and said they didnt find anything indicating the sneaker was fake but they couldnt tell. I sent them my email showing they were legit and they blocked me from selling on stockx. sold the sneakers on goat with no issues.

I really have second thoughs now selling at StockX. I mean, 2018 Jordan 1 x Off-White and if those don't pass the inspection the charge amount will be like a lot and shipping back to Europe. And I know for sure those have been out of the box just only for pictures and checking how they look in person. Good video, probably trying to figure some other way to sell them.

I was told the same thing for my Uptempo Supreme DS. The shoe did not even make it to Stock X in Detroit; my kicks was sent to Tempe, AZ as I reached out to them an they informed me that it was a new location for people on the west coast.

I bought a pair of yeezys and when I got them they had rocks in the soles abd the boost was dirty I was like wtf and I emailed them pics they told me that some shoes will have flaws from mass production I said yea but thee are clearly worn they said they aren't giving my money back and then I said that's fine I'm just going to charge back with my bank and keep the shoe then they sent me an email that I would get a full refund I told them they need to pay the difference of the other shoe since the price went up, so they sent me a new pair and 30$ off

if you bought the shoes before anyone tried them on at finishline, then you were right. if anyone tried it on, its not DS anymore. a process stockx uses is removing the insole. if the insole has any lint, dog hairs, or any kind of dirt, it wont pass verification.
Around the holiday they get busy. What they most likely did was mix up yours with some one else's...but because yours are tagged to your account. You recieved your exact pair back. It's just a case of haste...I would have put them right back up on the site for sale.

I thought as a buyer once you paid they made sure you got the product, whether it as original seller or by other means. Maybe someone inside jobbed you to move their pair instead (seems logical). The whole system seems flawed. They feed off the insecurities of sneakerheads over what is real/fake, Deadstock or not. We have no clue if the people they have verifying shoes are even verified themselves. I don't think nojokicks (who has a resell store across the street from stockx) or fake education works there anymore. Maybe we should demand the credentials of the verifiers.

I’m feeling you, from the buyer point of view it’s good that they check the Sneakers strictly. But these joints are brand new. I can only think that around the holiday season they must’ve gotten so many authentications to be made, and not enough people who do the authenticate job. So stuff like this could happen. It is what it is and i totally understand you . But since they didn’t charge you those extra 15% because of your selling history and didn’t suspend the account rethink the fact of quitting the StockX thing, cause a lot of people are waiting to receive their order. And sellers like you are seem to be correct and loyal, and that is what a buyer expects!

My humble opinion is they may have been sent back b/c the continental tag was bent. The only way the tag coulda been bent like that is by a foot when it was tucked in. I think they still shulda sold tho!! Maybe just tried on.

I've had a frustrating experience with them too. My box had a cut in it and they sent it back, I wish they would have contacted the buyer, sent them pics and asked them if it was a big deal to them. It's not like it was a sneaker with an iconic box, just a regular box that probably would have gotten tossed after the person received them. I still buy and sell from them, but now I'm extra careful
StockX crazy because I paid 431$ for Yeezy Trfrm and they should already checked it out by verification staff but I received stitch off shoe and, also they refused to exchange it or give me at least offer..
I purchased what I thought was a DS pair of Jordan 3 Free Throw Lines from StockX and they had crumbs on the bottom and a toe print. When I emailed them about it they said the shoe was mass produced and to expect flaws. I just didn’t expect to get a tried on walked in shoe, sold as DS

Joe Traxx i disagree with this. "No foot goes in" is never and has never been a thing. Thats not even a thing for 100K watches or sports cars, why would it be in sneakers? Thats why I never put "DS" on my listing, I put Brand New. Because you can try on a pair of sneakers in the store and choose not to buy them and theyre still considered Brand New. And then someone else buys them and sells them as "DS" even though 3 people tried them on? DS isnt a thing, same goes for StockX which says the same thing Im saying. I think once the logo and size tag on the insole starts to show wear, it loses that Brand New name (and it only takes a few times for that to start wearing off). Thats a good sign to look for. But no foot in is ridiculous, that's just not the standard for retail, ever

I sold a dead stock supreme box logo in original packaging to StockX and they sent it back saying it was fake. About a month later I asked my mom to make an account and I sent it back and attempted to sell it again it was perfect then I had no issues and got my pay check. StockX messes up a lottt.

Meanwhile, they authenticated and sent me JTH 3s with creases in the right toebox. It looks like Timberlake did his super bowl "two minute warning" kneeling pose in them. "creasing like that could easily happen at retail, too, but you can just resell them on StockX if you want," they said.

Same thing happened to me. I had some black Jordan sixes and they claimed it was heel drag. Interesting how a brand new pair of sixes can have heel drag when the clear bottom was unaffected. I guess they did not realize that the extreme back of the shoe doesn't have dots on it. This is going to be their downfall

Craziness! Stock x plays with peoples money I use them pretty often and shoes I send get there for authentication and I get notified 3 days later. Luckily nothing was sent back yet.:: those ultra boost look good! That experience could have gone so much worse lol could have got your shoes swapped or charged a fee.. I say box em sell em again! Never had an issue with stock x, one time authentication took 2 days during Christmas time. But with over 20 sales never had an issue!

Here’s what happens...
Shoes get tried on at the store. Hell sometimes shoes get tried on at the factory. Or hit the ground. If there is any dirt on the bottom of the shoe chances are Stockx will reject them. I’ve had a few pairs sent back from Stockx for this reason. I’ve even had a pair sent back because the inside label was smudged. Personally, as a buyer, I like it. They have super high quality standards for the soles and insoles of the sneakers. Obviously there are shoes that sneak through on both ends....selling and buying...that have been tried on. Best advice is to put yourself in the verifiers “shoes” before you ship. Just because you know they are fresh from the foot site....they don’t. So make sure if you pulled that out of the box there would be nothing there to make you think it wasn’t fresh.
They now send you pictures of the flaw that got them sent back...every time I’ve seen the pic I’ve been like OK...it’s obviously just been tried on or touched the ground at the factory...and chalked it up to the game and sold them elsewhere. But I understand the frustration the first time it happened I was livid...knowing they were legit...but after the pics...I understood.

I sold 2 of the same supreme item on stockX that I purchased from the same seller. One passed the other one they shipped back because it "didn't pass authentication" and threaten too charge me 15% of the sale and suspend my account. I emailed asking where things didn't check out, Never got a response and made me stop selling on there too. I know how you feel.

I sold an off white shirt on their for 170 and it wasn't worn, I did try it on and hung it up but I never threw anything away and when it sold they sent it back saying that it had an odor and it had a stain. I was pretty upset from that because it was still new and didn't have a stain or an odor. Im not sure if its because i forgot to reattach the tag but regardless it was a new shirt 100% clean.

Sold a Supreme sweater on StockX but didn't get any email confirming the sale. Hours later and still nothing and it didn't show I sold it or anything at all, the buyers bid just sort of disappeared and my item still didn't say sold. I was very upset and emailed StockX asking what was up and didn't get any reply. The next day I sent Supreme a request to return the Sweater. Few hours after that, StockX sends me a confirmation email telling me that my sweater actually did sell.

I didn't c any close up visuals on the chrome. That shit could've been scuffed up or sumthin. Or there is something there we didn't c because u didn't give us a real close look at them joints. I've bought from Stock X so I am actually glad they r paying attention to the products that go through verification. If those shits are mint I'm sorry for you're issues.
Good feedback been on the fence about some of the authentication process taken there. Shoes are clean as hell thats forsure 😂

Same happened to me twice. StockX was totally unprepared for the Christmas volume of business. It took almost 2 weeks for them to pay me for a pair I sent in. In this case I know exactly why they sent those back. I have those and the Gold medals as well and they both have faded areas in the metallic heel caps even brand new out the box. A rookie StockX employee would look at that as wear.
Can't say I have ever sold on stockx but I have always been afraid of selling a pair on there and having them be denied the sale and being swapped out with fakes and returned to me
