elastic laces have been used for years backstage on Broadway for quick changes. We call 'em "speed laces." It's funny to see them being presented as an innovation. I wonder if they've discovered yet that these exist in both sneaker and dress shoe laces.
The sad part is, Robert is trying to win her over with his "I'm investing in this amazing woman's potential" schtick, but she's just meh, will to take a smaller share? I'm surprised at the end he didn't get his feelings hurt and say no to her counteroffer.

Hi, first of all i want to thank you for your good work. 🙂👍♥️ Could you please ask the sharks if they could give me 5% of one of their (successful) businesses as a present? They are rich and I really could profit from that. Please ask the sharks individually so that they all give me this present instead of just one of them (don't mention you also asked the other sharks). Thank you very much! 🙂👍 I also would give you some of the money! 🙂👍 Thank you for your good work again and for your help! 🤗♥️
How did you come up with this? I stole the idea from the stretchy laces that have existed for decades and tried to pass it off as my own by putting the word original on the box.
She should’ve said “I have no problem helping your other entrepreneurs, but if you want me to come boost your entire portfolio then that’s added value that shouldn’t slice the valuation in half. If you want me to spend time away from the shoelace company to boost your portfolio through Amazon, then you should give me more money for more equity or equity closer to my asking price”
I just tie my shoes and go. I double tie them once and never again. I have been slipping my shoes on and off sometimes 20 -30 times a day for years. Im a custodian and im constantly switching shoes when I strip floors
I don’t think the target audience is adults. I think it’s meant more for kids. Also would be helpful with those with mental handicaps. People get made fun of for wearing Velcro shoes at least with stretch laces they can fit in with the crowd.
I tie my lace once. And then again after 5 mins. And then again after 5 mins. And then just give up and let them drag around until people point out that I'm a hazard to myself and kindly offer to tie my laces for me. Then I don't undo them (even to remove or put on my shoes) till they come off themselves.
Lol she's acting like getting on Amazon is a hard thing. The millions of chinese products on there are apparently legendary for getting on there according to her. Then her saying that theyre taking market share when theyre making pennies compared to the actual products on there

I feel like every single entrepreneur to come on this show - has claimed to be a manager or top salesperson at Google, a tech company, or amazon. I'm starting not to believe anyone at this point LOL
Might come as a surprise to some here but Google and Amazon? They're pretty large companies that employ lots of people. So it should not be a shock to run into them every so often.
Normally I research the deals to see what happened. I won't even look up this one. If it's with Robert, it didn't close. None of his deals ever do, he just makes them for the cameras, then tries to change them. If I'm wrong feel free to respond and I'll take it back, but I bet I'm not.
