Andrew Lee it seems like StockX is strict, good box, tags, sticker not messed with, not tried on (you can tell) so in store is hard to pick up and flip. I don’t mind, I buy a lot of stuff on there and I want perfect too. As a seller I am always scared they will send them back for something dumb like no sticker... or bad box.. even getting it from adidas or NIKE it doesn’t always come perfect.. with that being said I have never had a problem selling anything on there, shoes, shirts have always sold. Just keep it deadstock and don’t try it on and you should be fine to sell. Keep everything with it, good luck!

The QR code is for StockX internal use only. It's a combo of the order number, and shoe code/size/colorway.

FYI all StockX tags from the last 12 months + have a thing on the back that you can scan and gives you the info on the shoes. Pretty sure it even provides the UPC # so u cant even switch out the shoes.

They counterfeit stock x tags with the qr code, too. The reason your stock x tag took you to a bogus phone number is most likely because you’re comparing one low tier counterfeit stock x tag to a higher quality counterfeit stock x tag.
I believe, when you scan a stockX tag, it should pull up info on that shoe or on that tag. This is also to make sure the tags aren’t transferred from one shoe to another.
Stock x dont answer the phone period thats why you have to email them to get ahold of them

To be completely fair, it's gotten to the point where the exclusivity of some sneakers have got resellers going crazy with the prices, I'm response people are buying more replicas, the more that's bought the better the replicas steadily become, it's already at the point where many replicas are indistinguishable to the legit sneaker, how long til we are officially at the point where the replica is that perfected we just have to pass it on as the legit model

At the end of the day buy whatever the hell you want, spend money on stuff that you think that's worth it. Buy reps if you want; no one sane is gonna get on the ground and check if a stitch is a centimeter off. All these shoes come from factories in China made by underpaid workers so just keep that in mind when dropping 1k+ on a sneaker that costs a few bucks to make. Don't say "oh it's from China so it's fake" shit, the prestos literally have "Made in China" on the tag and so do Jordan's and Yeezys

StockX loops its authentication tag through the eyelet, so you can't remove it without cutting it off. The fake pair just had to be unlaced to add it on.
The code on the stock x thing when u Scan it on the app u can add the shoe to your Collection on the app

even from pics u can see the text under the cage on the medial side is way too perfect and bright. Black light is the easiest way to legit check. I bought OW Chicago's off Grailed and when I took it to my local consignment shop to have a 2nd set of eyes check off on them they typed in the UPC# on some site and were able to get the history of the pair.
