How much fees did you keep when you lost all of 440 million in that deal with bluhm? Did you pay them back when you made money later?

the event the media covers on the beach is when all the apes and zoo animals go to miami and it looks darker than chocolate and its where all crime happens. Can you guess my riddle so youtube doesn't delete this comment

I guess Barry isnt walking around Miami a lot.....the traffic the crime the dirt the smell from the raw sewage overflowing during king tides the low quality of people worst of the worst migrating to South Florida on and on.........South Florida real estate is like buying a ticket on Titanic its great feels good looks good but you are on borrowed time......

Miami Beach went down the tubes. Not sure why he keeps putting the blinders on to that.

Um, not sure I would say down the tubes. SF NYC CHI have all gone down the tubes. Cant even walk the street without getting robbed or shot. South beach has gotten more dangerous but Miami beach is not south beach. And even then you can walk around with a 50k watch on and have no problem.

@@stefanodefilippis2535 Fair enough, South Beach specifically was almost third worldish on my last visit. Bal Harbor and Lincoln Road areas were still unaffected mostly.
