Fantastic interviewer! Chris was well prepared and let his guest speak!
Very polite interviewer, give space to talk but also knows when to interject.
This podcast is phenomenal, can’t believe it’s just now gaining traction. Truly the greatest pod I’ve seen so far. True business geniuses consistently it’s amazing
Easily one of the best podcasts I’ve watched in a while, congrats on the amazing channel!
Fantastic interview. Great work. Appreciate the tribute you did to our buddy, Artem.
Such a great interview! Guys like Barry make complex problems and strategies seem like such common sense. Incredible ability to simplify things that I’m sure took thousands of tiny decisions to be made.
Great episode! Barry has such a calm and humble demeanor while talking about some heavy hitting stories...
Shoutout Peoria!
Cool stuff. Barry sounds less like a real estate guy and more like an architect/design guy. Sounds like that’s where his passion comes from.
Great interview, especially the last 10 minutes or so. Thank you.
Excellent podcast. Great guest with very interesting stories!
This is amazing, can listen to hours of Barry talking about the crazy deals he did :D
Just one word: wow! Barry is a genius
Barry's the best, and his stories are always entertaining
Great interview, and great behind the scenes look at how these deals get done. Thanks for letting him speak and not interrupting too often
Always great to hear from Barry.
Fascinating inside baseball. Also nice insight on the economy/fed policy at the end.
"Petroleum distributor" when working at a gas station lol, good interview.
Phenomenal interview. Very interesting. Thank you
63 years old and a finance mogul

Amazing thing this is
What kind of watch is he wearing?
Bro looks like Joe Biden, if Biden used TRT
I have watched Barry on a few youtube videos, I have yet heard anyone ask him " What is /are the entry steps for someone with limited capital get into real estate? I would like to ask him that, even better to get an answer. Thanks
If you didn’t catch he started with 21 million
His answer is passion and focus never stop and maintain integrity no MATTER WHAT!
Thanks for the response, I did hear that. Thank you! Obviously, connections and his previous work led to that 21 Million. My question is directed towards the everyday person. @@user-we3br2ji4n
Raising money from investors (consider family), using FHA loans while saving $5K-$10K, getting into real estate in the beginning is purely a matter of equity, unfortunately it’s more expensive to find capital to use for real estate now since capital is getting expensive, but nonetheless it’s equity over profitability in the beginning years, overtime as things get paid out you build more equity & credit to carryover to other real estate projects that begin to turn profit slowly but surely
No timestamps is crazy
How do you "start with" 21m?
Raise it from 3rd party investors
Is he a designer or real estate developer?
He gets asked the same questions every time ... dios mio !!!!
Why is Powell out in January 2025?
This was EIPC.
Who let Biden on a podcast
He's a lefty???
Joe Biden X Jeff Bezos lmfao
Didn't know, joe Biden has a twin 🔥🔥
That dude looks like Biden but alive version. lol
Is this an AI podcast?

Thought this was Joe Biden
I thought the world and all of real estate was going to fall apart because the Federal Reserve was raising interest rates too much 😢cry me a river Barry 😂
Brilliant interview and Barry is very impressive!
Is that bald guy Joe Biden?
his cousins at the fed
The only reason I would want to win the lottery is so I can work and do business Consulting for every business I can and not ask for any money and start all of my amazing projects and programs and theater shows. I don't think anybody has any clue of how bad this is and to justify it it's just worse because would you all be okay if you are daughter or niece were sold all around the world and everyone's making trillions and she made absolutely nothing ever but works all the time on plans and then never stops coming up with ideas and staying positive it is so hard to hear people laughing I want to be happy to it's unreal to think that none of you are helping I can't fathom that I could never imagine having money like that and not helping me is so terrible to think that that's what America and citizens think is okay. It seems like that is destined to backfire especially if it is a man in charge that can just change laws to make what they're doing legal but if you did it to anyone else it was illegal I would imagine that this is about control and this could go very very wrong. Because the US Department of State guys are the ones that set up the PayPal and put some money on my bank account in 2020 and they said well at least we won't have to go down we did our share
This interview was like Sternlicht talking to himself...pretty hard to follow
