33:50 As if we could have lived without this champion of an analogy 🥊 ✨️ Come through with the truth packaged in rich, relative examples 💎
Eliminating all animals as food.

And avoiding added processed oils. 💪 ❤️ 🌱

So I can be a strong and health advocate,

A+ on content!
Whole-foods-plants-only, no SOS, BMI 19.7, 30+ plants per wk, LDL-C 72 no drugs, vigorous exercise daily. Just had a heart attack from ruptured plaque. What is causing my inflamation? I should not have cytokines, motocytes, etc. under my plaque, and should have a fibrous cap. What am I doing wrong?
How long have you been eating whole plant foods exclusively? how many greens do you eat? how are your other lifestyle behaviors? What kind of exercise are you doing specifically? Do you have a history of any risky behaviors? do you have a genetic predisposition for LP little a? so many questions and more, you really need to see a cardiologist, ideally one that practices lifestyle medicine.
Thanks for the reply.
Two cardiologist, shrugging their shoulders have said, "Genetics."
I do resistance training and super set between upper and lower body so heart rate is 110 to 130+, and I maintain that for 60+ minutes. I also do Zone 2 training on a stationary bike. I get at least 4 cups of kale per day, also eat mixed greens, Asparagus and Brussel Sprouts. No alcohol, no smoking, no recreational drugs; very boring.
Vegitarian for 10 year, vegan for 3, no sugar, oil or salt for 18 months. No idea why I have inflammation and vulnerable plaque.
@ednoel8883 I can't speak for a doctor or a cardiologist because I'm neither one of those things. But when I think greens I don't just think kale I think things like romaine, arugula, spring mix, all kinds of greens not just kale. I think making a salad for most meals. Maybe every meal. I'm talking greens that you'll chew up. When I eat tell I usually have it in the blender or wilted in a soup or steamed. Then of course there's cook greens like beet greens and chard, and spinach either way.
@@ednoel8883 as for exercise. I think the benefit and risk is a U-shaped curve. So not enough exercise is bad but so is too much. Again I can't speak for a cardiologist. I would see one though that specializes in lifestyle medicine.
Thank you

Imagine how much more quiet cities will be in the future when electric vehicles are the norm.
Electric cars, electric trucks, electric bicycles, electric buses, electric trash haulers all add noise and stress to city life.
Electric vehicles are just better. No noise, no emissions, less fuel costs and less maintenance costs.
Can't hear them coming...not good!!
On Core!
