      Oh yeah I’ve been there!! You’re welcome 🙏🏼 I do jiu jitsu now so the soreness never leaves haha these flows are what saves me!

    not a wrestler, however this helped ease my back pain greatly. I had a bad fall on Sunday and have been sore this week. Thank you so much for this!

    Would it be okay to do the if you have spondylolisthesis

      That would all depend on which vertebrae it’s at. Listen to your body and get advice from you health care provider on that one 🙏🏼
