Can we put a ceramic coating on the top of kavaca ppf and enjoy the protection properties of the film plus shining and slikness of the ceramic coating.. Or it doesnt add a extra value adding ceramic coating on the top of ppf?
I did this on my BMW. Someone keyed my car in a shopping center, the key scratches went through the PPF and I had to replace both the PPF and the ceramic coating as a result. Insurance only covers up to $1,000 since PPF and ceramic is considered an addon for auto policies.
Awesome, now say that old black beast get damaged next month and goes into paint shop for repairs and painting of sections . How does the painter like me know how to properly prepare the car now that it has ceramic coating? Can it be removed or stuffed and painted over the top of it ?

Hi I just got my truck ceramic coated this week. I understand to wipe bird poo. Off. Should I also wipe the bee poo(small yellow/orange spots) off during the curing process? Or just wait till the first wash.

But wouldn’t the ultimate protection be the PPF film Kavaca with the new ion base and then top coat on top of it?
Probably, most PPF don't have UV protection so they need a coating to get the UV protection, I'm not sure what CP have.
