@@CaptainTodger69 Its because strong people are far less insecure and geunuinely do not see any reason to be angry or to show off how much better or stronger they are( basically showing dominance). Also big people probably get more compliments from random strangers than the average person. It's similar to being a beautiful person

Trash talk is fine when both people are participating but when only one person is trash talking it comes off as a bit like bullying or mean. I mean i i get he was only trying to be playful and she didn't seem to take it badly so its alright in the end. Still made me uncomfortable how much he kept going with it.

What I've learnt as I get older (now 39) the vast majority of people don't use their body to their max potential or look after themselves anywhere near how they should. The point is, don't let other people's display of their age dictate how you think yours should be; you're capable of so much more.

    • @GraveUypo
      @GraveUypo 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

just don't overdo it. power-lifting and all these exaggerated stuff is actually bad for your health, just like any sport at too high of a level. your body starts to accumulate damage and that will show badly with age. that's why there aren't many gray-haired former world class athletes.
moderation in everything. aim for health, not numbers or looks.

The Gospel, which means the Good News is the news that God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh as Jesus Christ to take away the sin of the world. The one God is a trinity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Son came and laid down his own life to save ours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for our redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him.
      John 1:1,14 KJV
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD. [14] And THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, and dwelt among us,
      1 John 3:8 KJV
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
      Isaiah 9:6 KJV
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
      John 1:10
He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and THE WORLD KNEW HIM NOT.
      John 3:18 KJV
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Me too. At 39 I was feeling the best I had felt in a long time, but then I got that long covid bullshit and it killed my stamina. Couldn't even go up the stairs in my place without getting winded for 9 months. It made 40 hit me like a ton of bricks. But I've been consistently hitting the gym for about 3 months now. I have a friend who is naturally a bit bigger build at 5'10" and she weighs 145lbs through dieting. I used to try and encourage her (as well as other people tried to encourage her as well) to embrace her naturally strong looking build and weight lift but she thinks it manly and unattractive. To each their own, but i would much rather be strong and confident then weak and frail (and yes, she is stick thin for her height due to losing over 70lbs & NOT strong at all). April is amazing! The lesson I learned is two-fold....Genetics are huge in the determination of physical abilities, and testosterone is powerful as hell!

Hi Will!! ♥️ I have been loving your content so much!! The information you share, your sense of humor, the way you’ve been so honest about your past history with food and how you have made changes to achieve your current results - your beautiful family, girlfriend and friends that you have shared with your community - everything about your content is so helpful and enjoyable! Thank you for being so relatable with your love of doughnuts but also so encouraging with your diet and fitness demos and tips! You make fitness content fun and inspiring! Thank you so much for all that you do! 💪

From the looks of it, you probably are not much stronger than her. But maybe you could try some meal plans from Next Level Diet, it helped me a lot when I started my fitness journey.
