Huge thanks as always Jada!
I made a pair of fingerless gloves with a 5 in Grammy square. Yesterday I love them they are so cute. 2 tones of purple.
Those DO sound cute!
Granny squares are life itself! 💙❤💛 Cozy and homely! Thank you!
One of my all time favourites 😊
Awesome, thanks. I learn so much from you.
Hi Linda! Thank you so much for watching 😊
I really love these!!! What a great and easy way to change a granny square. End result is so impressive, people might think even I know what I am doing! Thanks so much!!!
* giggle * Thank you for watching Patti! 😊
This is a great variation of the granny square! And I make tons of granny squares. I do not do a chain one in between shells, only the chain two in the corner, because for me, the square gets too floppy. Thank you for this great pattern Jayda! I’m definitely going to make a blanket using this.
Hi Terry, that works too! Thank you for watching 😊
Can you just keep making the granny square bigger into a blanket size?
Terrific! I love the wheel!
I love this but again I love all Granny Squares.
Me tooooo 😁
Made a stack of these last year when tutorial was released. So fun! Thanks for the ‘throwback’ , now to make some more! 😂 🎉
Hi Su! I like to get my year started with a little granny square action 😊
Love, love, LOVE! I have been gathering my small scraps together to make these as we head to Indiana for my son's surgery next week! He saw this and said it would make "a cool Christmas throw. Use white for rows 1&3, red and green for the rest...like snowflakes."
Hi Lisa, we hope everything goes smoothly for your son 💗
@@JaydaInStitches thanks. 🥰
Thanks,Jayda!!! Have a great day!!!❤🤍💖
Hey Jayda! I love this granny!! Think it could make nice wash cloths for the kitchen too with one more row and a single crochet to clean up the edge! Pop a couple towels from dollar stores, and a scrubbie n you have a nice gift set…
You can make a pot holder too if you want…
A closed granny is good for a pot holder. Make 2… n join…
And add an edge
Just some thoughts…
This is very pretty.. thanks!! ❤️
Great ideas Val!!
Yay 🎉. Hello I miss your crochet parties. But I’m so happy I got the notification you were on today. 😁.
This square would make an interesting “twist” used in the granny squares games
Hi Cheryl! I hope you had a chance to catch our live stream this afternoon 💗
Love this to use up my stash of leftovers. Thank you!
I also like your other stash buster projects-using 2-3 different colors of yarn at once and making a basket or an infinity granny. 😊
Hi! Thank you for watching 😊
I would have never guessed that a granny took up that much yardage. It goes very fast.
It's a really quick one 😁

Hi Kelli! We're working on it 💗
@@JaydaInStitches . O, THANK YOU ❤❤
Could you make a Hexagon with this center wheel? 🤔 how would you change it? Thanks love everything you make ❤
Hi Jlee! Yes! Yes you could...you'd want to start with 12 spokes and 12 ch-1 sps...and probably a larger chained ring 💗
@@JaydaInStitches oh, 12? I was thinking 6. I was headed the wrong way. Yikes!
Great video! Can you do a video of how to make a granny square jacket? Thank you for all your video's!
Thank you for watching and for the suggestion 😊
i aways find that when starting a new color on a granny square, it is more attractive if the new color is added with a standing double crochet instead of slip stich chain 3. it is very hard to tell where you started/ended a round, making your square more professional looking.
Great tip Sandra 😊
OK I got that part the part I don't get is how to put them together to crochet them together thank you so much for sharing
Hi Cheryl, our basic Join video is here: th-cam.com/video/snZrl4Vsfi8/w-d-xo.html 😊
Could these be made to fit a cushion that's 25 by 25 ?
Totally! You'd just keep repeating the shell stitch row. We have a video on pillow covers here: th-cam.com/video/jhdx6-iflhg/w-d-xo.html
I *LOVE* this!!!!
Happy Friday Ms Rabbit 😁
