Spot on! Kofuzi hits the highlights (of which there are many) as well as what he sees as the shortcomings, although I find far fewer shortcomings than he does. I agree that it's a bit loud on the highest settings, but I don't see that as a major issue. I have had this exact model massage gun for over 6 months and use it almost daily. I shopped on Amazon and purchased this particular massage gun after reading specs and reviews. I am totally satisfied and thoroughly convinced that I made the correct choice. As of August 2021, however, it appears that Amazon no longer carries this particular gun.
One doesn't need to be a runner to appreciate this device. My primary form of exercise is hiking. I'm in my late 60s and have quite a few orthopedic issues - back, knees, ankles, recent rotator cuff surgery, plantar fasciitis. I greatly appreciate the various speeds and intensities, as well as the different attachments, although I tend to favor the same attachment head that Kofuzi uses. One of the greatest features is that this thing holds a charge for an incredibly long time. in his review, Kofuzi stated that he things it could last a month, or at least weeks. I've no doubt it could last over a month. I've gone more than 2 weeks without charging and still maintained more than half the charge on several occasions. I use this device daily, so I'm talking frequent use here, not just occasional.

I have a similar one, Aldom brand. Use it to work out tightness, like in the calf area. It is a nice compliment to foam rolling! 👌

This one has a stall force of 33 lbs I think. Mine has 75 lbs and costs the same price. I have the Sonic life proof messager. It doesn't have as long battery life, (6hrs which is still along time) but I find the extra power to be completely useful when messaging glutes and hamstrings.

Amazon advertises 45 lbs of stall force!

@@joshuarios1031 So does TaoTronics. Let's not forget some of these Chinese products have made up specs. Eg. Battery capacities.

Within one week I'm on to my second massage gun. I got some mini one off Amazon for 40 dollars. I love it. The other one I had was to strong for me and hurt my muscles and cost 200.

Timely review with the holidays upon us. Thx! 👍🏻
I like that it has the fine levels of control. I hate to try those things only to have then hammer too hard on a tender spot

I have similar massage gun i bought on amazon for about 100 € and i think it is very good quality for the money. Sometimes i use it for an hour with 15-20 min of cooldown (so it doesnt overheat too much).

Revisit it in a few months. Had a "budget" massage gun that only lasted 4 months (albeit I used it A LOT) Got a Hyervolt and it top notch! More importantly, how long have you been testing the Whoop?

Is there a reason you didn't put down your affiliate link for this device from Amazon? BTW I did place an order so we will see how it turns out.

Thanks for all your reviews and training information. Since you are training on Power, could you also include this metric on your run recaps?

Any chance you'll be reviewing the Bob & Brad Massage gun? I've seen some positive reviews on TH-cam but they seem to be sponsored. I trust your unbiased perspective on reviews. Thanks!

I'm intrigued, was looking at some of these yesterday. Wondering if the slightly more power would be worth the larger package. Also it looks like it is only $75 on Tao's website.

I literally went through thirty pairs of Tao tri I a Bluetooth headphones, they always died the same way around the same mileage, must be the constant pounding. After a yr ago me calling for a free replacement they finally gave me my money back to disappear. I religiously called to get a replacement it for the principal because I think they do shady ratings on Amazon. Nothing but a hunch

Sounds like this is better and cheaper than the Shogun Ninja you reviewed recently, which would you choose ?

Which is healthier/more effective, a massage gun or a foam roller?

    • @facelessreview5515
      @facelessreview5515 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

To be honest, both work great. I prefer the hand held messager because it requires less effort to get a good message, especially after a long /rough workout where you can barely take of your shirt.
