Nick Symmonds is my inspiration for running, I’m not as good at track, as I am in cross country, but Nicks videos have given me the confidence boost to try my best no matter how hard it is. Thank you Nick
Seriously man, how many plugs in this video!!! For a moment I thought I was watching Arron from alpha m. Was half expecting to see a Pete and Pedro plug as well in the end.
I love the way you appreciated, and still do, and recognize what a wonderful situation you were in. And you worked super hard for it. And you enjoyed it seemingly to the fullest. I also love the way you are so open and willing to share your knowledge and experiences.
I am not a professional runner by all means. But I must have a goal in mind. My will to explore outdoors in trusting my inner athleticism. Sticking just to the foundations and forms is all I need. Like Tanjericho once said (its actually tanjiro from demon slayer) - if you are lost go back to basics-.
Training to run Boston this year, God willing. I love your channel Nick! (I'm also your age and followed the sport growing up). Running with the Buffaloes is one of my favorite books that covers distance running--I'm assuming you've read it too. Keep up the great content!
Dang Nick you’re making me want to become a professional runner and I’m debating if I even want to compete in my senior track season (running with a mask sucks)! 😂
Try to enter the barkley marathons with a couple friends I think it would be really good video idea since the experience cant really be found on youtube. You would be the first!!!
the last one was definitely the best. Nike does sponsor a lot of travel and gear for influencers too, but they shell out by far the most to the actual athletes. They rarely ever pay celebrities to wear their gear. That's the biggest difference between Adidas and Nike.
Being a Pro athlete vs studying to be an MD was a difficult choice, although you can still become an MD and especially if the pro athlete wouldn't have worked out.
Want to travel with me? Take this quick survey and let me know where you want to go and what you want to do! bit.ly/travelswithnick

What a effective approach to weaving in past, present and future sponsors Nick while still keep your audience front and center.
that is probably a dream for many distance runners man

It’s such an epic thing to be able to travel and just do what you love. That’s freedom regardless of the number on the check.
