Tina playing with them on stage was a one off. She later joined them and recorded the song Steel commanders a few years later. This is the current and most of the former band members on both stages celebrating Sabaton's 20 years anniversary. Hannes played the drums behind Tina, maybe you were looking at her and not the drummer behind her so you missed him.
Tina Guo plays with the Hans Zimmer Orchestra. She played on many movie soundtracks like Wonder Woman. I'm pretty sure you have heard her but never realised it. This whole concert was amazing. The 2nd half of the show the ex-members of Sabaton played on the second stage (with Par) and the current band on stage 1. They had an amazing drum battle as well across the 2 stages. It was the 30year anniversary of Wacken and the 20th Anniversary of Sabaton, so they went BIG. This DVD is available to buy just in case you are interested.
Tina Guo is also in Sabatons original musicvideo in their song "Steel Commanders"

As others mentioned - they used both stages and celebrated their 30th anniversary by bringing the former bandmembers on the second stage for part of the show. Hannes was on the stage with Per and Tina Guo.
If you haven't already checked it out I highly recommend tommy johanssons, one of the former lead guitarists, Version. He paired it with another song in his Disneyton series. Sabaton mixed with Disney. I hate Disney, but this man is so awesome he makes it work.
Swedish Pagans has become a standard gag for Sabaton. One of the guitarists will begin the melody, which is immediately picked up by the crowd. Joakim will complain about doing it again, much to everyone's delight. I believe this started at a small venue where Swedish Pagans was not on the set list but the crowd demanded it and Chris began playing the melody. Oddly, when Sabaton played an impromptu concert in Denver after the Judas Priest tour was canceled (they played for over two hours) they actually played Swedish Pagans twice, once at Joakim's prompting.
If you had watched the music video properly, you would have noticed that Sabaton uses two stages, in the closest stage in the picture, current band members play in Sabaton and in the far stage, former members of Sabaton play.

Tina also played the outro on Sabatons Motörhead cover 1916.
There's two stages. On the other one there's former Sabaton members playing Swedish Pagans as well.
Yes. Pär organized a surprise party if one of the stages would have been empty anyway.
Only Oskar Montelius could not go from the old ones, I think.
