I love this cage and all, but there's no way that's big enough, the minimum for 3 is 10.5 square feet ( I recommend more). Guinea pigs also don't benefit from top floors, it's not bad enrichment, but for more space.. not really. C&C cages are a good option, cheap and lots of space. Please and thank you(:
Thank you! Yea I didn’t realize how small it would be once it was all finished..😅. I just decided to post the final product because it took so long and quite a bit of money. The actual length of the entire thing is 7feet long! But yea, I put them back in their original cage after a few days! It’s two c&c cages connected together:) Hopefully that eases your worry about them living with not enough space:D
@@ohchannah5209 You may want to state that this isn't an appropriate house in a pinned comment and I hope that if anyone did buy it from you they know this can't be their full time home. I think you're very talented, but builds like this can give people the wrong idea about what is appropriate for a guinea pig, as you can see from all the comments.
You really do have skills! But guinea pigs dont care how the "cage" looks like. They carw about the room. And in this particular "cage", theres way too little room :(
@@jenniferclarke420 nope there really isnt. yes the cage is beautiful. But it doesnt require the floor space for a guinea pig to happily run around and popcorn.
that's very nice and nicely made but way too small for a guinea pig home! I would of made it bigger. it doesn't come close to the bare minimum a guinea should be living in especially if there's loads more guinea pigs. guess it's good to play in for a bit I hope u have a bigger cage somewhere else. lovely design though !
Nice. I made a custom cage for my daughter’s pig. Made it out of the same materials. One thing I would do different is seal the wood with a food safe epoxy. The urine stained and stared to rot the wood.
As a carpenter i criticised your skill 😂 but all seriousness this is a well put together video and I Apreciate the effort that went into it GREAT JOB, keep up the good work mate.
for those who don't know carpentry is a skilled trade and a craft in which the primary work performed is the cutting, shaping and installation of building materials during the construction of buildings, ships, timber bridges, concrete formwork, etc NOT WORKING ON CARPETS FFS
While beautiful, I think wider space for them to roam would have been more practical. They seem cramped and on top of each other. Piggies prefer to be next to each other but not touch necessarily. They need room for the zoomies and popcorning. And soft "carpet" or flooring for their gp "feets" with a ton of hay available. :-) You probably are heading for a life as an architect, though! Very creative.
If you're gonna go through the trouble of designing and making a house for your guinea pigs then at least make it bigger and more comfortable. They look so crowded in it and can barely walk comfortably let alone run around. You got three piggies in that tiny house and a very small hay tray area, they can' even get to the hay tray at the same time. Instead of focusing on making something look visually fancy, you should focus on making your piggies feel comfortable, heck even an Amazon box is better than this for them in terms of size/comfort and I bet they agree too. My guinea pigs have a whole room for them and a 48 inch house as a "hidey" which has 5 doors and doesn't trap them in, their room is connected to mine, so they have all the space to run around in two rooms, this is what they want. They aren't gonna run away. Their living area should be safely enclosed only if you have other pets that are predators such as dogs, cats, ferrets, etc, but even then it should be bigger than this
You did so professional In the beginning thought this cage made by a man and when i watched the video i can’t believe that this house made by a pretty girl, the way you make a video, measuring the cage, cutting the woods, and also the music is nice i hope u make again a video about this making a cage because i have lots a guinea pig im from philippines i need this pls like may page “cavy pasig”
This is cruel! Way too small and wood on floor will smell and gather urine. The stairs need fleece in to protect their delicate feet that get “ bumble feet” walking on hard surfaces. The poor things can’t even turn around hardly. It needs have loads of floor room not bridges and height …..
The type of cage or piggie house that I will never ever recommend. Its a burden to a piggie to have this type of design. They should be in an open set up like the wild. So its a NO for me.

Ya
I don’t know why this doesn’t have more likes
That's because the house she designed isn't that great. It is too narrow and crowded. There's not enough space for the pigs to roam around
It's not big enough for even 1 pig!
This video deserves well over a million views, like if u agree
There’s no room for pop Corning!
Yes there is.

do you mean zoomies?

Oh. I also used a very fine sandpaper on the ramps along with what you did. It helped keep their nails trimmed.
They seem to like the house

That’s gonna be a pain to clean 😳 but that hat feeder looks AWESOME
Also to add to everyone's comments about size. Also hay feeders aren't idea. There heads can get stuck they shouldn't have to work for there food
your are so creative ,you deserve to have more subscribers
Too small and 4 levels. Looks good but not for guinea pigs.
Your pigs are so cute! 🐹🐽
You should be a modern house designer these blueprints are amazing
Them guinea pigs really do be living the mansion life doe
Haha it said Piggie Time!
How long did it take you to build this for your piggies
OMG THIS IS TOO CUTE
Wow are you an architect?
It's beautiful ❤
A cute tiny cage. Tall enough but no running room.
There's not enough room! ):
where did u get the fake grass and roof tiles from?
Home Depot!
I'm in shock this vid only got 10k as of January 2021, one of the saddest moments in internet's history
