I recently randomly on kindle came across and read Alasdair Cunningham's book Whatever It Takes, which lead me to Samuel Leeds page... This weekend I have been speaking with the universe for guidance with my life situation... However, this morning I came on youtube and somehow this video pops up....... I cannot tell you how more inspired I feel as I wanted to book onto the free seminar which actually happens to be one this week..... However, I was very nervous and hesitant due to low finances, now after watching this interview with Clo, I am not going to allow it to be a barrier and just go for it........ SO SO inspiring thank you. :-)) Fantastic Video!!
What do you have to do to become compliant? Do you need to register a company to receive the money from the investor? And would you get the agreements/contracts written up by a solicitor with details on refunds etc? Great video as always.

Hold the phone. How did it only take a week to get full compliance? I've seen HMRC quote a month for their anti money laundering registration... Please do tell.
Defo should be charging around 5% of purchase price for deal sourcing instead of a flat rate. Undercutting all her hard work! If you sourced a property for £150k but its worth 250k with a refurb the investor will be paying you 7.5k but they're earning around 70k profit (after refurb and fees) out of it so I'm sure they wont mind!

You seem to be doing well. However, I thought if you are sourcing a deal for someone to buy then you get paid upon exchange? R2R deals for example you would get paid after you find the deal.
Fair play she’s started well but when she spoke about not seeing her old friends and reading a book instead and knocking them for not having the same knowledge as her etc etc. I dunno just feels a bit wrong, remember where you came from, you’ve done a few deals but don’t ditch your mates just yet ...

You sell as a referral agent, you have a buyer. You can earn your commission as a referral agent
