@Saj Hussain I would love to see Mr Rajan baterchari his big on commercial to residential property conversions. With permitted development rights. He knows his stuff on the subject. Might be worth having him on. Also very good talker. Really appreciate your efforts and honesty young people who want to get involved in property have a lot of advice on the net these days. When I started back in the 1980's there was nothing. And no one around like you. Keep up the good work.
