    You are literally the only person who doesn't make self-improvement sound condescending. "This is just my system. If it doesn't work for you, it doesn't mean there's something wrong with you." - I feel like so many other people could benefit from incorporating this into their advice.

      You might want to check out Elizabeth Filips then. She presents many of her personal frameworks, but puts emphasis on the fact that this is merely what works for her.
      She has kind of a love-hate relationship with the self-improvement culture of TH-cam, partially due to the underlying atmosphere of "something's not right with you if you can't make that work".

      What matters most above all is that you take action and get results that you can learn from. As long as you actually act on your intuition, sometimes it's better to ignore others and do what you think is right. On the other hand, sometimes taking advice from people who succeeded in overcoming their own problems can provide valuable insight. I think it can be hard for people to hear the critical truth, so people will reject help because self-improvement is taking responsibility for your own life, which is terrifying for a lot of people.

    This was a little overwhelming for me to digest so wrote a list:
    1. Declutter Environment
    2. Brain Dump
    - Stream of consciousness writing
    - List all tasks on your mind
    3. Categorize list
    - Eisenhower matrix (via importance and urgency: do, schedule, delegate, delete)
    - What one thing, if done, would make everything else on this list easier?
    - Sort by look-alike groups to minimize context switching. Cluster tasks that use similar energy/resources (ex: shopping, writing)
    4. Schedule: put tasks on a calendar in a doable way
    - Less than 2min? Don't schedule- Do it immediately!
    - Plan visually on a physical calendar
    - First put in dates that can't be moved (deadlines, birthdays, appointments)
    - Schedule double the time you think it takes to do something
    - Most important to least important regardless of which I prefer to do first
    - Create large uninterrupted blocks of time
    - Be ultra specific when writing what needs to be done
    - If it looks impossible, ask yourself what it would look like if it were easy? Plan for that
    - Plan for average me, not 100% me at my best (be realistic)
    - Focus on doing one task until completion
    - A good plan is a flexible plan. Be prepared to change everything
    5. Communicate
    - Let others know what date to expect things from me
    - Let others know I am overwhelmed
    6. Just do it
    - Follow your schedule until you are not overwhelmed
    - Cut down your work by doing the work
    How to prevent overwhelm: Ask why?
    - Say no
    - Are you setting ridiculous self expectations?
    - Are you procrastinating?
    - Ask why again
    The mind should not be kept continuously at the same pitch of concentration, but given amusing diversions. Our minds must relax. They will rise back better and cleaner after a rest.

      @@struthless It's actually fucked; to give you perspective on the situation - when asked how much they had saved, 18-25 y/o Australians said around $10K while Americans said $0.
      Going into debt whether through loans or credit, working 2-3 jobs, moving out at 18... There are so many norms that set us up for obvious failure.
      Freelancing was my only way out.

    I've got this paralyzing fear of time. The way it just runs out scares tf outta me. So when I have deadlines or other time related issues I get so stressed over it I don't do anything at all. It's weird.

      Sometimes, feeling this way relates to the pressure of perfection. If we don't think we can do something perfectly, we tend to avoid it using various reasons (excuses) for the avoidance.

    I have adhd. Everything you mentioned is exactly why I’m struggling with the anxiety of trying to keep up with everything!! Some days if I have the energy, I just want to do it all in one to get it over with! This video is exactly what I need in my life!!!! Cleaning , Decluttering, Organizing, journaling and executing my plans one step at a time.

      funny is, that diagnosed or not, youtube has the big opportunity for adhd people to find special tailored learning material (like this video) and for me was a big game changer from the neurotypical school learning style to the more open minded and easily distracted adhd mind style of learning.
      In germany we had the big luck to have a quite popular neurodivergent person called Vera F. Birkenbihl to be among the first people creating brainspecific learning videos and being very popular with those. You can find also some english versions on youtube, where she describes a learning style which helps in getting stuff done and not being bugged with the nagging cloudyness of procrastination

    I think not enough people realize how dangerous overstimulation can be for our brain, our self-determination and our overall purpose, we've kind of become a temporary storage for all this information we're not meant (or able) to digest. Thanks for the video!

      Amen, I can barely watch TV or the news anymore, I deleted social media and I mostly do stuff in silence now. If it's not part of my actual reality, then it is very draining. Using a bunch of my time to take in a bunch of stimulation takes away from the time to solve my problems and get things done.

    I couldn't understand why I was overwhelmed. I'm not so busy that I can't fit everything in to my day. I have good health, a helpful husband, don't spend hours on social media. Bit after a hard look at my day I realized two apps were constantly demanding my attention, wanting me to do stuff before the end of the day. I deleted them and within 24 hours I felt like a different person. It been a week and that feeling hasn't gone away. I feel so much lighter and happier. Thank you.

    this is becoming my favorite channel to turn to when I feel like I'll never be able to do anything in my life. I have been unemployed for almost a year due to grief and depression, feeling that I can't trust myself to even shower. Between therapy appointments, this channel helps me get started and motivated, when I feel like nothing can go right. The information is presented warmly, kindly, and optimistically, without forgetting that failure is okay and progress isn't linear, and that there are some things simply out of our control. I have struggled with depression over half of my life at this point, and I don't think it will ever truly go away, but I know that I can work to be able to handle it and whatever life throws my way. Thank you for your videos like this, genuinely. They are so inviting and make me feel like I can actually get up and clean my room. 💙

      Just remember to reward effort, not outcome and keep on going! I dont know your situation obviously, but keeping focused on one step at a time, one day at a time, and trying to visualize where you wanna be really seems to help.

    This is actually one of the big problems of social media, not only is it addicting and distracting, it's also overwhelming. Constantly being bombarded with new information as well as stressful news, internet drama, etc gives you a ton to process on top of what you already have to get through in a day.

      Serious food for thought:
      Could social media be the catalyst whereby A.I. outsmarts us and eventually takes over control of humanity? A.I. has billions, or maybe even trillions of dollars/pounds/euros/etc. invested in marketing research, with countless algorithmic and analytical data files at its disposal, all for the purpose of studying and learning how to more effectively manipulate our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Are we able to outwit A.I.'s design to:
      1) understand human behavior
      2) seize control of our neurology by effectively demanding our attention
      3) integrate with our consciousness and draw it's intended course
      4) manipulate our wills into submission?
      I personally do not think that we are strong enough to win this battle, unless we disengage ourselves from the fight and can somehow shed ourselves from A.I.'s influence.

      @@harriedsloth4399 I think you definitely are onto something.....the huge growing mass of data about human interaction that social media provides is perfect for detecting patterns of behavior in large groups and also specific individuals. This is already being done, whether or not the current social media algorithms include neural networks (I suspect not, or only on a limited basis) or anything else we currently think of as "AI" it absolutely still is based on detecting patterns of behavior and then optimizing and refining the algorithm's response in a feedback loop which enhances the company's objectives, NOT the user's. So, the 4 things you say we need to outwit...essentially, it's already doing those things to us.

    This made me realize something, the people who surround me are in constant state of overwhelm, being in survival mode lead to this sensation of having always too much on your plate.
    Trauma can lead to a life where you constantly choose the easy choice because you're overwhelmed in survival mode and dissociating from life in some way shape or form is better/easier but harder on you in some way.
    It's crazy all you can get from pausing and asking Why a little.

    I’ve just gone through a pretty serious breakup after 2 years, I’m 19 and I’m going to college for graphic design, my family doesn’t have the most money so I’ve been paying for schooling myself and I just wanted to say your videos have helped me more mentally than anything or one ever has.

      That’s awesome! I’m 29 and I went to school for the same thing and my family couldn’t support me either I had to work multiple jobs to just survive, it’s a smart choice in the art industry because it’s stable and needed. It’ll help you too if you wanted to do your own thing.
      Keep your portfolio fresh (you can use something like carrd or another free one page site) and look into either motion graphics, marketing or coding for websites. A lot of companies want you to have so many skills with graphic design now! You don’t have to be an expert, but I think having an understanding will help you. Also, take advantage of internships!! I learned way more from those than school and they’ll help fill the experience gap on your resume. Good luck friend!

      Apply for ALL of the scholarships! I swear no one took advantage of them when I was in uni for design and there is so much money up for grabs. They paid for several semesters for me. If you have a prof you get along with/like, see if they'd mentor you and if they have any work to throw your way. which also leads to freelancing if you're into it. also - if something interests you but isn't offered at your school - learn it yourself, I did that with site design/dev and it is now the main focus of my biz. You got this!

    Just watched this on my lunch break. These last couple work days have pushed me to tears multiple times due to the impossible workload I have to deal with. The stress alone has made me lose 30 lbs this month and I’m seriously at my breaking point. This video helped me realize that I can say no and that I need to start doing it more often. No job is worth that much stress

    Here are the notes I took so I can try to implement this method :)
    How to be less overwhelmed ? Preparing correctly :
    1.Environment : cleaning the physical, digital and mental space
    2.Brain dump : write a stream of conciousness, then make a list of everything that needs to be done at some point
    3.Categorize : for example with the eisenhower matrix, "what one thing, if done, would make everything else on this list easier ?", lookalike groups, priorities...
    4.Schedule :
    -if it takes less than 2 minutes, just do it right now
    -plan visually on a calendar
    -put down the dates that can't be moved first (deadlines, birthdays...)
    -however long I think it's gonna take, I double it
    -put the most important tasks first to the least important, regardless of which I prefer
    -get ultra specific when writing what's to be done
    -what would this look like if it was easy ? Plan for that
    -plan for the average you, not for the best version of yourself
    -where possible, focus on doing one task until completion
    -a good plan is a flexible plan
    5.Communicate
    6.Just do it

    The brain dump is incredible, that’s helped me tremendously, I call it my morning pages and I just write for 30 minutes. Anything and everything that comes to mind. It really helps get rid of some of the constant noise we all experience

    Honsetly this is why I loved lockdown personally-it actually helped my mental health loads-there was no pressure to join social occasions, no work pressure,
    I could finally breathe, go on long walks , read, have time for yoga.
    Personally for me (I do realise for others it was obvs v. hard) lockdown improved my mental health massively and I wish we could have a lockdown maybe for like a week or two or so every year lol 😊.

    Just wanted to leave this here:
    I've currently moved to a Project Manager role coming from a more technical, SME role for research and development. Four months in, I wanted out. I felt like a failure, I'm feeling mentally exhausted, and my team made me feel worse with their remarks when I ask questions.
    What I did to recover and get a bit more control and reflection was to walk in the morning when possible, and paint. Even if it's not a masterpiece, I find painting and walking helped me ease the tension that I have with my current work.
    Now, almost 5 months in, I'm feeling a tad bit hopeful with where I am now. It's not the best place but it surely is better than where I was before.

      Without a doubt, he's a hard worker. But, I don't see his research into this topic as work. It seems like it was more of a fun personal project that he turned into a video. Idk I could be wrong.. I'm autistic and when I'm feeling the most stressed out and overwhelmed, the most destressing thing for me to do (ironically) is a deep-dive research session/project involving one of my special interests.

    This was super insightful; I'm a student and I can't remember the last time I was not stressed out and sometimes I feel like any reason is gone, I can't get even the most basic things done. It's good to know that this is not really my fault as it is the situation I find myself in.

    Historically I have a habit of going too hard, not being able to sustain the Herculean effort, getting extremely overwhelmed and giving up to end up hating myself. So now I’ve learned that to give a small, consistent mediocre effort everyday is the solution to getting things done and having a respect for my abilities. It sounds stupidly simple but its crazy how it adds up. Mediocre consistency is the mindset that’s changed my life, that’s gave me a goal in the midst of a very bad depression/burn out.
    I had to overhaul how I approached taking care of my brain (exercise, journaling, studying etc) by practising mediocre consistency. Now I try to put in consistent 40-60% effort into my journaling habit, workouts and how I study - to make sure I do it I began recording and posting it on my yt channel. Consistency has been the biggest game changer and lowering my expectations has been the way to complete any task.

      I understand. I don't know how people do college full time, work full time, handle family stuff, etc. all at the same time. I had to discover my limitations the hard way by getting very sick from overwhelming my schedule. Not worth it.

      I love this! I did something similar where it’s like “aim for everyday” and if I only hit 4-5 days a week then it’s still better than if I had aimed for 3x a week and completely missed my mark and got 0%.

    Thanks so much for this video. I think one of the biggest issues I had with "relaxing" my mind was the guilt I would feel - as if I was avoiding my tasks. Yet when I would take that break, or maybe even a power nap, I end up not only feeling better but sometimes I will not only get my task done but maybe something else as well. It's a constant give and take to keep the balance. We are not robots, we are only human.

    As someone with ADHD I get overwhelemd A LOT, like even 1 or 2 little things can make me feel overwhelemed. Most organisation/self improvement advice is usually based on what works for a neurotypical brain and often doesn't work for neurodivergent people like me so I appreciate you saying that it's ok if stuff doesn't work and to just keeping trying diffferent things til you find what does. I don't know if this method is something that'll help me at all but I can at least give it a go and find out :)

I work a full time job, have three kids and a wife the third kid is 6 months old, I’m a full time college student going for graphic design and I started taking commissions for extra money because my job pay is shit. You have not only given me great advice on how to prioritize my time and keep balance but also helped me with the mental stress I deal with constantly. I’m still early on in these changes but it’s really been helping me and I would not have known where to start if I hadn’t found your channel. Thank you and take care.

    I was diagnosed with ADHD last year and feeling constantly overwhelmed was a huge symptom of it. Having to constantly keep up the influx of messages from multiple chats, apps, emails etc as well as just scrolling to keep up with what my friends were up to was raising my anxiety through the roof. I couldn't stay on top of it & I felt like I had no time for myself. I completely came off social media in Jan 2020 and focused as much as possible in trying to stay in the present for myself and it alleviated a huge amount of pressure. I've very recently rejoined Instagram and decided to try to heal my relationship with social media. I decided to unfollow accounts who did not spark joy, and only follow bands/festivals and genuine friends within my direct circle. I've noticed already how much my relationship has improved. Need to definitely still work on the doom scrolling though!

    Wow, I've never thought about it but I tend to sharpen my axe often. My desktop is empty, my phone has 0 photos, my work desk is immaculate, I try to practice mindfulness daily, plus I always keep a written to-do list to clear up my brain space. Sharpening my axe has never been an issue for me - the real challenge comes in keeping the axe sharp! Consistency is key!
    Also I love the idea that eating spaghetti in a white shirt is dangerous living!!🍝Lolol

    i feel like i'm always spending so much time sharpening my axe that i end up wearing it down and it comes out uneven, overlearning advanced concepts before i even get comfortable with basics. Doing it methodically (and slowly versus consuming too much info at once) is honestly what's allowing me to learn japanese. Other times you just get worn out from the weight of the axe, so much so that you're too tired/intimidated to actually try and swing the damn thing. I struggle to commit and give it my all cause I set too many expectations as a beginner and the lack of momentum destroys my interest as that task gets harder and harder in my head, due to overwhelm. stepping stones are so important. Thank you for the amazing video.

    I can not thank you enough for this video!! I came across it at the right time as I'm feeling super overwhelmed and nearing burnout. I'm a health professional and work at 5 different medical centres and at a disability company doing home visits to clients. This includes admin work, reports, emails and calls. I have so many different things to do each day and my to do list feels never-ending. To top it off I have a few chronic illnesses which includes chronic pain and fatigue, and I'm helping to raise my nephew and niece who need a lot of support with their health.     Another great video! I used over extend myself, but one thing about the body, is it will make you rest if you don’t want to & show you just how overwhelmed you are (like making you cry uncontrollably on an airplane 😅). You truly cannot help others if you don’t help yourself.

    I can't tell you how relevant this is to my life right now! I took a week off the week before last, had a great time with my parents and my husband at the beach. Then last week several big things hit me all at once and I ended up taking another week off, even though I didn't have the Leave available. I also dropped out of grad school, or I should say, I put it on the back burner. I just got so overwhelmed with life and the world that I couldn't bring myself to get out of bed and into the shower. Now I'm feeling better, but I was still feeling a bit lost. Now I feel much more prepared for overwhelm the next time it hits. Thank you so much!!!

    I really resonated with what you said about how feeling overwhelmed can actually be helpful to learn about yourself because the opposite is feeling underwhelmed and not learning anything.
    For five years I felt like I was not progressing in life and I didn't know why or how to change it. After various attempts to find myself, eventually I made the right decision to start working on an associate's degree in art. I started slow, but then it became overwhelming when I had 3 classes and a job.
    Despite feeling overwhelmed, I learned from it. I've learned and made more progress in the past two overwhelming years then I did in those five underwhelming years. However, that's not to say those five years were a waste. I wouldn't have been so successful as a student during that time, so I'm glad I waited to go back to school because I won two student awards. One of which only eleven people have received since 1996, and not to mention my name goes on the plaque.
    To anyone reading my essay: thank you, and I want to tell you it's okay to feel underwhelmed with your life. If you're anything like me, I hope you find that something that makes you feel properly "whelmed," and that the time spent feeling underwhelmed and unfulfilled is not wasted time.
    ANYWAY... I hope a lot of people see this video because it's amazing and helpful. Your whole channel is amazingly helpful and I hope more people find it! You're doing great 😃

    i just tried this cause i've been so extremely overwhelmed lately with everything going on rn. on top of that my self worth is very low, so when i get overwhelmed i sadly enough close myself off from any help and sometimes dont talk to people for days. this helped me put everything down and made me realize i actually dont have as much to do as i was stressing about. thank u a lot ^^

    Some steps are similar to Allen's GTD method, which I've found very insightful, but somehow the book can get quite cumbersome to implement (and, therefore, can be overwhelming). The way the steps are laid out in this video, along with the way it's communicated, sound way simpler and forgiving. Definitely a good approach to getting things done in the era of continuous influx of communication.

      Something that helped me was to decide to slowly implement GTD over time in the different roles I have, the different contexts like my house, my health, my work, my time and my hobbies.
      Maybe you could pick your most overwhelming project or role and then work thru the GTD steps.
      The GTD guy suggests you go all out and record everything in one go but I live with chronic fatigue syndrome so I have to split everything up so I don't work more than 2 or 3 hours at a time. It's a great way of managing all my health stuff and all the house tasks.

    Step 3: Categorise (quadrant 10:49, importance/urgency do, schedule, delegate, delete; or lookalike groups)
    Step 4: Schedule (
    1. less than 2 min do it now,
    2. Visual (calendar)
    3. 1st important dates
    4. Double the time you think it will take
    5. Important things first (allocate large time chunks)
    6. Ultra specific
    7. Plan for easy task
    8. Plan for usual me
    9. One task till done
    10. Good plan = flexible plan
    Step 5: communicate
    Step 6: just do it TM
    Also, reflect and ask why?

    The brain dump method always helps when I'm overwhelmed! Sometimes you just have to write things down to get some mental clarity. Never tried getting rid of distractions beforehand. I'll give the axe method a try the next time I'm overwhelmed lol. Nice video as always!! :)

    I arrived back home from a two-week-long trip and I was extremely overwhelmed with work I had to finish, people I had to meet, and catching up with small errands and household tasks. It was mainly my fault as I took on the same amount of responsibilities the month before, not considering that my holidays will basically cut my month in half.
    In order to catch up on my to-dos, I (subconsciously) did exactly the same steps as mentioned in the video. I often feel like tidying up, journaling or exercising are just ways to procrastinate. However, I experimented with just sitting down to work first thing in the morning and not really get up from my desk till late night-not so surprisingly, I always ended up feeling completely uninspired, unmotivated and depressed. It is mind blowing how we can get the same amount of stuff done in 4 hours blocked off completely focused when we have mental clarity vs. in 12-15 hours overwhelmed.
    Awesome video, super engaging and fun to watch! Thank you for this summary, I'll have it saved as a reminder every time I end up repeating my mistake... :)

    I work closely with people whose desks/offices are chaotic. My first hour at work each day is spent clearing off everything-everything my boss has plopped on my desk, everything I couldn’t take care of the previous week or day. Then bring it! They spend so much time overwhelmed and I wish I could show them your video but I think this is their way and I can’t change them.

    took a while, but youtube finally threw this vid in front of me on my feed, and I'm grateful it did. I think a lot more people need to see this, to at least start thinking about how their own lives are being effected. I took all the social media apps off my phone last month (except youtube for music at work), because I felt like i was spending every spare moment checking in on it. And i couldnt even say why, it's not like it brings much joy lol. It's better, I dont feel like i'm creating distractions for myself all day anymore.

    I had a feeling you were facing overwhelm because you used to be a bit more active on here, I’m glad you did this project not just for your own well being, but for the rest of us.
    The demands society puts on us and what we put on ourselves is not realistic and I hope when you’re said and done with your projects you legit take major time off with your family. Like no social media, no work, nothing just be present with them for a reset. It’s something I’ve had to do, I was worried as I was hitting social media hard then I went AWOL for the past two months. Ironically, one of my tiktok videos went viral and I’ve been getting hits to my Etsy art shop that I was worried about. And now I’m slowly getting back into adding new products and eventually will come back to social media. For the time being I was focusing on making things and rest.
    I think if we all just stopped, everyone, then things would shift. We’re not machines and we don’t always need to be online or being “productive”. There’s so much pressure though to get ahead and now I feel like even more so with global financial stresses. We will be okay though, I truly believe it. Humans have gone through so much before, take time for yourself friends. Burn out isn’t fun and overwhelm can make you physically sick.
    I really like planning for my average me and flexibility that things might not get done or work out. I never thought to do that because I won’t always be on top of my game and sometimes life has other plans.

    I've been recently overwhelmed lately and I've developed this massive appetite/desire to smoke, drink, and eat unhealthy foods even though I don't smoke nor drink, I just eat unhealthy foods. I've been lucky (or maybe unlucky) to contrast this to two months ago where I was unusually happy; nothing worried me, I wasn't stressed at all. During this time I never once thought about smoking or drinking, I've even started reading a lot again. Crazy how our mind functions better when we aren't stressed.

    Super video!! I think another factor that has a huge impact is also leisure. A lot of the time people feel overwhelmed because there's also this expectation to always be at your greatest, and if you don't have anything you HAVE to do you definitely have something you SHOULD do. Which ultimately can overwhelm you just as much! I haven't found quite the right recipe for this yet, because I often find it weird to schedule leisure time or get out of a task-doing mindset, but in the end, I think it's really about knowing your own limits as well. Ask yourself "is this really important or am I creating a version of myself that thinks it is important because I SHOULD think it is".

    That last quote reminds me of High intensity interval training. I’ve always hated long pace runs. A few years ago, I switched my cardio training to track sprints and my cardio health improved significantly!

    Realized this growing up. Decided chasing for materials things is not worth the hassle. Became a farmer just like my ancestors to the chagrin of my parents. Told them I'm dumb and lazy. Asked grandpa how to be a farmer. When he died, I replaced him. Even when doing only 3 things in a day, planting veggies, feeding the animals and cleaning the farm, time goes really fast and you don't even know it. Best times of the month is when you sell your produce to the market and go to burger King or KFC then going fishing in the weekends. I can't imagine me living any other life than this. I found my home and it's wonderful.

    This genuinely helped me so much. I just did a brain dump and then organised the tasks on that grid thing and not only do I feel better but I just did one of the most stressful tasks on my list so obviously my productivity is up a million percent (given that I was binge watching TH-cam to procrastinate my stressful workload). Thank you!

    That experiment is actually a great way to explain how it feels to be autistic! We tend to experience 1.5x the amount of stimuli than non-autistic people, so everything is literally 1.5x brighter, louder, and more overwhelming. So when we get way too overwhelmed and have a meltdown, it may look like an overreaction to an outside perspective, but it's just the normal emotional response to overwhelm multiplied 1.5 times

    The list of modern stresses you listed doesn't touch my actual modern life. Worrying about what bills are coming out of my bank account is the only relevant one. I think car issues, family issues, relationship issues, work issues, education issues, health issues are probably more realistic for everyone. Come on.

    I just found Struthless. There is so much worthy, potentially helpful ideaS packed within a short period of time. And that's the problem...too much in a short period of time. For my brain (and therefore I imagine for others as well), I'd love to see these ideas, concepts and methods in a workbook format so that I can slow down, pick what I think would work for me, try if out and then discard or keep, I can't even write enough to take notes! I'm going to try watching one episode at 80 or 75% speed!

    Hey man, thank you so so much for this video! English is not my mother language but I felt moved after watching your video and decided to open my heart a bit.
    Now that I've reached adulthood, I've been feeling the weight of never seeking psychological help when I was a teenager falling onto. It is hard, confusing, and messy to dictate what is a real problem and what is a problem created by my anxious and depressed mind, mainly because I am a very extrovert and joyful person and sometiomes I feel guilty to affirm that I do have a mental disorder.
    I feel so great that your video could help me organize my thoughts a bit and make my routine a little less painful and tiring, thank you for creating this type of content!!!
    I know that this will never replace mental help, but it do make the path easier. Love from Brazil

    Thank you SO much. I have felt like I am being held together by glue, but that glue hasn’t dyed yet so I’m just slowly falling apart. I have dealt with grief for the first time this year and I don’t know how I am supposed to feel. It’s been almost 6 months and I still cry. So I just needed this. Sorry for the rant.
