Fell in love the moment I heard the first click in the sound test. Years ago I decided I'd never buy a Razer product again but this... might change that decision. Gorgeous keyboard (especially the white version) and great stock sound. Thank you for this awesome review!
Just got mine yesterday and it is by far the nicest razer keyboard I’ve ever owned. Very well constructed and sounds amazing. This keyboard is going to last me a long time.
@@daisymontague9515 still works and performs like a champ. Best keyboard I’ve ever bought. I bought more switches just in case they go out. So far no issues
I pulled the trigger and bought one . - but before I say what i think.... I own a mode sonnet - I have 2 Rama M65-B's and I have tons of high end switches and a few sets of Zambumon Staebies stabilizers , XHT-BDZ Lube for the metal stabilizer wires - 205G-0 for stab housing - Tribosys 3204 , 205G-0 for switches - PBT keycaps - MT3 ABS Susuwatari keycaps - - the list goes on - I've been in the hobby for a few years and can call myself an enthusiast - NEVER in my wildest dreams did I expect to be BLOWN AWAY by a pre built gaming board like I am with the Razer 75% - Straight out the box - it was perfect - 11/10 to Razer for making this - the only thing I wish for going forward is an aluminium bottom case to replace the stock plastic bottom and I could easily part with all my other boards -
@@pk.002 Same. My keyboard is for a desktop so I didn’t need wireless. I like the angle at the front of the Razer, and it has a superior FR4 plate compared to the aluminum one on the Azoth. There are also more dampening layers and the tape mod applied to the Razer, than Asus’ option. The subtle RGB on the Blackwidow’s flat side edges looks a lot better than the weird 'futuristic' look on the plastic sides of the Azoth (Razer’s metal shell extends over the sides so the board feels more premium as well). The Azoth’s plastic volume rocker is cheap feeling compared to Razer’s sturdy volume roller. Asus’ Armoury Crate software is also the worst, borderline malware and nearly uninstallable. I’ve also seen reports of fast burn-in on the Azoth OLED screen. All these reasons made the Razer Blackwidow V4 75% the clear winner for me.
I think ill wait for the wireless version to come out. Trying to avoid getting Azroth just because I have the Basilisk V3 pro and wanted to stay in the razer ecosystem. I was entertaining going for Deathstalker V2 Pro but without the macro buttons I'm hesitant.
It's unbelievable that a Razer board sounds this good - it's on par or even better than some customs I've built. I bought the white one like you did to play around with also, but I'm going to go for a minimal theme with WoB keycaps and WS Morandi switches.
You're completely right that it'll be most people's first hot swappable keyboard! I've used razer keyboards ever since I got my first pc and kept myself in their ecosystem just because I like razer chroma that much. My current razer blackwidow elite's volume switch is unfunctional and I was planning on getting their blackwidow v4 pro but I'm so glad that I procrastinated until razer decided to create this hot swappable keyboard that sounds so good. I didn't even know what a good sound was until I heard the sounds of this keyboard.
Loved your video . I just purchased the k65 plus and I ran into your video review, so I am now looking to get this for my stationary PC 😂. Just subscribed
I think the only thing I would like to get would be key caps. Maybe some nice blue key caps. I still want the rgb to show the key symbols and letters though
It's wired anyway, but why aren't you putting rgb in the razer mark?A small green snake is okay, too,Am I the only one who thinks so?I'm sorry for my poor English

Too bad so many people are complaining about the double key press issue after not even a month of using this board
The switches have a manufacturing defect. The Yellows and Greens dont do it and the rest of the keyboard is fine its solely the orange switches

How has your black widow v4 been since you got it

I got this over the Azoth as I don't like how the Azoth looks and I already have a wireless custom board

Awesome review! I just got this keyboard a few days ago and I share your enthusiasm!
now do i decide between this and the Azoth....?!
That dog is adorable! ❤
She found a way to seek into the video
I Don't know why Razer dosent make their full sized keyboard like this.
There is a full size V4, but personally, I wish it was more like a 96% so it doesn't take up so much space on my desk.
came from the usb disconnecting problem and thank you alloooooot you're a life saver bro
Can you make a video comparing the huntsman v3 pro mini keyboard vs blackwindow v4 75%.... Which switch is best for FPS?
Interesting idea 🤔 I'll look into it
