I just stood there in disbelief, and I laughed so goddamn hard at the situation in the mic. He wasn’t too happy, and when we were loading up in the extraction, he shot me in the head while I was on the ship. I couldn’t help but laugh even harder. I have been playing this game constantly for the past few weeks since I got my PS5! This game is amazing! I bet it’s more fun with friends. Problem is, I need more friends who play this.
I love CoD and typically it’s the only game I play. After playing Helldivers 2 for 40+ hours, I cannot get over the immense fun this game is, at virtually no compromise. Endless fun and no frustration had become a distant vibe somehow, Helldivers 2, as well as their team, has changed that for me. I appreciate you covering Helldivers 2! Your content is top tier and I love seeing you enjoy this game so much too!

Skip the premium battle pass and work on the free battle pass first. The premium battle pass weapons look better but they’re not. The best weapons are on the free battle pass.
It's genuinely refreshing how they've managed the battle pass system. The only thing that comes close is the apex legends one as you can save up enough to buy the battle pass over a few seasons. I'm glad these devs are challenging the current norms for how to treat a game
@@Pwh5476 Fortnite lol it gives you enough as well and if you buy one battle pass, you can earn enough coins throughout it to buy the next one and etc.
On Playstation 5 you can hold the (square) button and it will display the amount of bullets you have in the clip and you can also toggle RPM or Flashlights for some guns. Good way of seeing how many bullets left to reload.
Reload when the mag icon displays in Red for better reload timing. You typically won’t throw away too many rounds. Use it like a car’s gas meter, when it’s red you have to plan a gas up stat.
love you came over to make videos of this game, i watched your cod videos but ive stepped away from cod after 15 years of playing it and with that stopped seeing your videos after a while and its good to see them again with a game im playing now.
This video helps alot my friends told me to try the game theyve played it quite alot and while ill say this game is definitely great with friends mine are terrible teachers and after playing like 6 missions i still and about as knowledgeable on the game as when i started probably will try some solo missions because im still not sure how to do most of the missions because my friends just speed ran them without explaining so tryna not be dead weight. Its not their fault though i typically learn by doing so even if they tried explaining stuff i probably would have to still learn on my own time but this video really helps.

This may have come out with a new update/patch, but you can actually see what ammo you have left in your mag if you hold down the R button. It also lets you adjust your rate of fire for the weapon as well
Good content. I’m not sure if I joined late to the party or if it was this way all the time, but holding your reload button will allow you to make changes to your weapon (semi-auto to auto, range, flashlight). “Upwards of 4 stratagems” you can only bring in four and a booster. There are times when the specific mission or community accomplishments will award your whole team with an extra stratagem, will be denoted in the top bar next to SOS and respawn.
One of the most important things ive learned is that the mission timer running out does not mean you've failed, but it does mean you can no longer vox in stratagems.. so you're on your own, including resupplies lol it'd be up to your team if you think you could complete the mission still, or jus call in the bird now and go home
Would love to see more HD2 content. Super fun , rewarding. It very much creates cinematic moments that feel natural. The environments are amazing and your actions, or lack of have consequences.
Btw you can hold the reload button to see how many rounds you have left in your weapon as well as a few other things like turn on a flashlight and change the rpm of the weapon. Different weapons have different options available.
I honestly wish the game had a third enemy faction like other sci-fi games. We got the monsters and the robots, just missing the soldier/warrior types. I did a game today and we couldn't find the slot to put the harddrive, so the mission timer went to 0 and failed the mission. Another mission had us run out of reinforcements and I was the last one, then another player because I died, then another because he died, and we ended up with 3/4 players entering the ship.
Nice guide, skipped a lot since I just wanted to get some info about the teammate UI. Did you mention the enemy reinforcement mechanics? I think they are essential for every map, except defense missions.
You do have an actual ammo count. Press and hold the reload button. There you see the bullets in your magazine and can change settings on your equipped weapon.
just correction, you can see your ammo count holding the reload button, as well as making changes to weapon like lights, zoom level, fire mode, and rate of fire in the case of LMGs.
Friend suggested I get the game, got pretty bored in my first mission so was inches away from getting a refund and this video was a revelation, despite naming my ship Fist of Audacity, so thanks!
Really like the gameplay, it reminds me a bit of world war z and star wars battlefront. It's just a bit grindy and i feel like i always mess up something

How about starting with how to play basics? I am in the tutorial stuck on how to launch a reinforcement strategem. I can select down (with the UP choice) and switch it to the right (with the down choice), but nothing seems to stick and letting go of the L1 button just brings up the "Use the L1 button" text again. PS5. I was hoping for a playthrough of the tutorial first, not all the background stuff that is meaningless if I can't get through the tutorial!

Maybe obvious for those who play these games, but I do not and it got me stuck. I had to mute my TV (to stop the annoying "move on message" while i looked up enough to figure out how to keep going.

I know you play on PC, but I play on PlayStation 5 and capture and render videos from the Share Factory, copy to my flashdrive, and then upload to TH-cam in 4K from my laptop. They look ok, but the colors are washed out and there doesn't seem to be any High Dynamic Range (HDR) etc. Was wondering if anyone had any pointers or recommendations to have my videos look like these on Espresso's channel. I didn't need to watch/read any reviews of this game, this beginners guide has completely SOLD me on the game! I can't wait to buy this game when I'm able to! I just hope the vets of the game are kind to me while I'm learning the ropes, or the meta, or even the strats of certain areas. For anyone who wants to go solo, it's certainly possible but not recommended since this game doesn't have scaling so a 4 person squad will have just as many enemies as 1 person would You can do it but it get ridiculous at higher levels and your gonna have to be running away most of the time

I’ve played the x defiant betas. It’s been decent. Definitely a cod clone. It didn’t feel as tight which makes sense as it’s only at beta but yeah lookin forward to seeing how it turns out.

Had that problem too...just go to your ship...leave toutorial...and then start it again in menu...it worked for me:)
