I have Hewlett Packard 15-r104ne (K0Y28EA) I think the. Same motherboard and no fan and no heatsink & one place for ram can I upgrade ram from 2GB to 4GB

no idea man hp website does not specify if you can upgrade the ram, most probably it might work if not just return it...
