I believe the chef had worked for the legendary Jiro Ono in Japan back in the day so it must such an honor to be in his presence...and so he seems so easy going! I have also heard that they rotate a different menu pretty frequently but I'm not positive. We're looking forward to it! Thanks for sharing the experience!!!
