- Every step of our 2,000-hour frame-off 1,000 horsepower ProCharged stroker small block A-body Chevy Chevelle build in 11 minutes. Watch as the Detroit Muscle guys restore this '72 Chevelle from the dazzling metallic baby blue paint job to the brand new interior.
Marc and Tommy plug a monster bowtie powerplant into the car and get the Supercharger Intercooler plumbed for the 1000 horsepower small block. The barn find project needs a fuel system to support the 1000 horsepower engine, as well as an exhaust system to let it exhale and make that big power.

Excellent series, always learn from this type of video, great build, perfect combination. Like seeing the small details and tips, just bolting on parts doesn't help anybody but you guys dug deeper on this one giving lots of helpful advice.

I would love to see you guys do a restore/upgrade on a 65 Chevelle. That is my favorite body style. A smaller car, but they had some real muscle. Some mechanics say they were really sad suspension wise though. I always wished I had one. That Era was great! I had a 67 Mustang Fastback 2+2 and I loved those Chevelles and 61 - 67 Vettes.
