And the real problem is no one understands our health condition and name as 'Lazy' or Not fit for anything. Have to overcome both physical and mental illness😢
Yeah, I know what you mean. I had friends, family, and a husband (X now) that didn't understand any of my problems and years later I guess my mental issues made my physical conditions much worse.
this is me. I wake up and I am tired. Most of days I can’t leave my house, Many days I can’t even leave bed. I am sick of being so exhausted for no reason. I am taking antidepressants but not helping.
Have you tried B1 and try natural magnesium, and natural yeast, but don't take them together and always with or after food, the natural yeast you can sprinkle it onto any food, it's all the b vitamins with zinc, take your b1 in the morning after having something to eat, then your magnesium early evenings.❤
I'm sorry. I'm 54 and my job sucked all the life out of me 38 yrs as a cosmetologist. Two failed marriages. Kids moved on each side of the country I never see my boy cus he's busy. Life sucks 😢
I have a very bad sleep schedule. Today I literally just fell in the bathroom because standing was to hard. I would tell someone but it will get put off as "your just lazy your body isn't used to moving around!"
Cumulative fatigue is a gradual build-up of exhaustion from ongoing physical or mental exertion without sufficient rest. Unlike acute fatigue, it accumulates over time due to repeated stress, poor sleep, high workloads, or inadequate nutrition. Left unchecked, cumulative fatigue can lead to reduced performance, impaired concentration, and long-term health consequences. Recovery from cumulative fatigue requires a holistic approach. Prioritizing rest is essential, with quality sleep being key. Establish a regular sleep routine and aim for 7-9 hours of uninterrupted rest each night. Taking breaks, both during the day and over a longer period, is equally important. Rest days or light activities like walking can help recharge the body without adding strain. Proper nutrition also supports recovery. A well-balanced diet rich in nutrients and hydration helps replenish depleted energy stores. Managing stress through mindfulness techniques, prayer, or meditation can alleviate mental exhaustion. It's equally important to reduce the reliance on stimulants like caffeine, which can mask fatigue but hinder recovery. Ultimately, the path to overcoming cumulative fatigue involves balancing exertion with rest, maintaining healthy habits, and making time for proper recovery.
"you just have to change your mindset" bro, I'm not gaslighting myself if there's a definitive reason not involving my mental state which is being caused by physical ailments
When I was highly anaemic I was always exhausted 😩 after walking a few metres I’d easily tire out, short of breath and faint. My haemoglobin was extremely low. Spent 2 weeks in hospital
Sounds like me except for I haven't had to go into the hospital. My dr told me the anemic part of my blood work got messed up. She didn't have it done over. I could be anemic and not even know it.

I get fed up with feeling tired today l had bad day felt very tired l missed so many programmes on Television because l fallen asleep l gone out to club l go to had singer l feel my self start to fall asleep l had to go outside to wake me up it is embarrassing have this illness there is nothing you do to stop this illness
@@jacobfrye9044I know you mean well, but as someone who is currently cronically fatigued for unknown reasons... I physically cannot work out. I want to, but I can't. If I do it while I have enough energy, it would have to be first thing. Then, my entire rest of the day will be destroyed because it will instantly send me into hyper exhaustion. I can't do it at night because I am far too tired. It's awful.
I am preety young cuz im 16 and i was training every day im training muay thai and i got covid 3 weeks ago will the fatigue heal or something or should i try to do something to not be fatigued?
I had covid for a whole month. The first three weeks, I thought it was the common cold, the flu, and sinus infection until I got tested. I was at work the whole time too. It wasn’t fun at all.
My quality of life has diminished severely due to fatigue from illness. I'm in my mid 40s. I won't kill myself but I won't be sad to leave this fatigued body. Just trying to find the mystery in the mundane these days.
