Can you suggest the best investigator for each campaign for true solo play? My problem is that you need someone that can flex well between clue getting and fighting when pushed into a corner. I've had success with Lily Chen, Tommy Muldoon, Ashcan Pete, Joe Diamond & Leo Anderson. What are your thoughts for true solo?
I did it once and it's magnificent. Hugely recommended! Also shoutout to Luke Robinson for that campaign, trivialising movement is bonkers strong there.
So basically, the list should be named Best Campaign for a Specific Number of Investigators? ;p Let's see if I can add my 2 cents Dunwich - Ashcan for being able to run on low XP well and the huge spoilery story potential surrounding Duke Carcosa - Finn does surprisingly well here as a strong evader and cluever that can also fight. His low will can easily be mitigated for the few times it matters. Forgotten Age - Rita Young. If there's one campaign where she absolutely shines, it's here. Just evade those snakes and dodge out of there. Some enemy management options if needed too. Circle Undone - Patrice does quite well here because she can play things like Alter Fate or other clutch cards and find them quickly. Also high will. Dream Eaters - ever played Luke on maps where everything is revealed or where a boss moves around a lot? Innsmouth - Parallel Roland, arrest those fishmen and go to town. Edge - Minh likes those icons and with scavenging she can keep finding those supply items in the snow, over and over again Scarlet Keys - Daisy as a 5 Stat with extra actions
Yeah, no kidding about Daisy in TSK. I was on a team with her on our second playthrough of TSK, and she just cleaned up the minicards like no one's business. The extra action for an investigate (with Grim Memoir) was especially nuts.
Great video! If I may add Carolyn Fern is amazing in Carcosa as a cluever and as a much needed healer.

Maybe Parrallel Ashcan Pete is in Dunwich even better. Pete's Guitar can move around almost any enemy there, including the broots in scenario 6😅
