It's funny cause at first I was only looking around for a travel tripod. Then i stumbled on Ulanzi Zero F38 tripod, then I learned about F38 ecosystem, then I discovered the V2 system, and now I'm switching all my gears to Ulanzi, except for few good quality PD products like their bags and anchor links. I feel like Ulanzi took PD's idea, but expanded it further. Meanwhile, I haven't seen PD making anything new to complete their PD ecosystem. Like I'm surprised at how much FALCAM makes F38 products. They even have A6700 F38 cage for my camera.

Im curious if the f38 plate would fit in the heipi 3in1 tripod or vise versa

I also abandoned the peak design. My screw slowly came undone and I almost lost my camera. What is know is the F38 will slide into the PD, but won't lock. I'm wondering do you know if the F38 will lock into the beetle?
It locks into beetle but i dont feel secured with them together

Great review, thanks! I'd like to use a belt clip instead of a backpack clip. I see that Falcam doesn't offer one, but PGYTech does. Are the Falcam QuickRelease plates compatible with the PGYTech clamps? Or ... can I just turn the Falcam Backpack clip sideways and use it on a belt?
Hey thx for the comment. You can use the falcam on the belt..but falcam plates are compatible with pgytech...while the pgytech plates doesn't fit the falcam quick release
As far as clip goes the Peak Design still beats all the Chinese copycats. Of course peak design is not a system but a clip that is incredibly well made (by the way I have peakdesign, pgytech and falcom). Peak design did all the customer research, engineering and then the chinese companies copied it and made their adaptations. However, all the initial research is contained in the peak design costs (including real wages).
