Patenting a food based product is really hard and is challenged every now and then
The product is now shown on tv this is why it cannot be patened now
This thing is being done from last several years hence cant be patented, there are many non branded factories that do the B2B business in this field. For ex tutti frutti used for cakes and rabri faluda, shakes on stalls.

The sharks could have helped the business grow to greater heights. Almost all four of them have build their brands massively in the D2C segment but the equity offered was too high as compared to the original ask.
But the amount of time that they would have to put in, 2% would be mere peanuts
They could have countered that with 20%, I can't understand why they didn't.

25% seriously? Dropping the valuation from 33.33 crores to just 4 crores. The most they could have done was for 12% with 3% each.

@@SahilPatel-ln8iw it means that he owns 25% of the company. This means that in the next year, if the company makes 100 crores in profit, ashneer owns 25% of the company, so he gets to take 25 crores of the profit. This goes on till however long the company continues to run.

The entrepreneurs should have countered more. They will be successful but having a shark will fast track their success. Let alone 4 sharks. The sharks did indirectly hinted that they should counter more when Aman said that they all are interested.
They could have countered for 12, 15, 18 or 20. These kind of businesses includes huge capex plus they don't have any other investors. They should have negotiated more.
Anyways, hope they get successful real soon bcz they are solving a big issue.

Fasting Everynight is realy a great option for health. I am doing it for last 2-3 months. feeling light, allergy decreased( which i used to have everyday),and i had many lipomas, almost 80% of them gone(i dont know how). I can sleep less, only 5-6 hours still feel energetic. Focus has increased.
And top of that i ve become vegetarian for last few weeks. Feeling even better.
