Does IAH have a lot where you can park and wait for your arriving passenger to call you? In Austin, we have a cell phone lot located about a half mile from the terminal. It works well. You just sit there and wait for the call, and then drive to the terminal pick up area.
George Bush Airport Terminal D does not serve intentational arrivals at the moment, thus are served in Terminal E. It will begin to operate international flights in 2021. It is also known with the name: Mickey Leland Terminal.

Yes. I think it’s called Satellite parking. Look on the right side for the signs.
International Arrivals/United International departures are E whereas other international departures are D
