- Join me for a drive around the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, Texas.
The airport is under construction. We will drive around the arrival and departure areas for the different terminals to see what they look like right now.
There are two major airports in Houston, Texas. This is IAH, which is larger and has most of the international flights. The other airport is Houston Hobby, which has predominately domestic flights.

Went to it one time on a trip to Florida to make a connection flight.I loved landing on the bridge and watching the cars go underneath it,it was the coolest thing to me!

There are several bridges where the plane goes over you at the IAH airport.
That's a nice airport.
Although, the construction at Terminal E continues.

Nice airport but lots of never ending construction outside!
I love Houston and I work at there at the airport but O used to be an aircraft cleaner on United but after in few months they transferred me as a wheelchair agent but I’m so sad I got suspended due my airport badge expired they can’t renew because they need my naturalization so they can renew my badge and one day of I want to become a flight attendant there or pilot .
Does the United airplane shown in the thumbnail actually show up in the video ?

It's near the end. At 24:00 look for the sign that says Change is Coming to IAH and then a few seconds later it crosses the bridge that is behind that sign.

Houston airport kinda like Dallas airport
The beautiful pines and plantings, esp. at the entrance, makes DFW look like a used car lot 😏
@@TeutonicTribe : The gigantic size of DFW makes IAH look like SAT. In fact IAH isn’t even in the top 5 biggest airports in the US. Enjoy your pine trees.
DFW outclasses IAH, I say this as a Houston area resident with great pain. DFW is knocking it out of the park with new carriers an routes, IAH has seen no new services since ‘22’ and there seems to be little interest in starting routes to our li’l town. Southwest is pulling out in 2 weeks and no other carrier has expressed interest in filling the void. And don't get me started on the construction projects….4 of the 5 terminals are under major renovation work, pure chaos on the roadways in and out. No, IAH is a joke and that likely be the case until 2028. No doubt DFW in that time overtake IAH in the international arena, displacing it’s #1 International Texas gateway ranking.
