Great information Dr Story. I approve this message. Question from my wife. I am now taking your MK7, and BiOptimizers Magnesium Breakthrough Supplement 4.0, along with Kirklands Magnesium/Calcium Zinc, Fish oil, B supplement, Red Rice yeast, Co Q10, Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM Triple Strength Joint Support Supplement with Collagen Peptides, Turmeric and Ginger, Hyaluronic Acid, Glucosamine Chondroitin Sulfate along with a hair nails and skin( Argan-Infused Vitamin Supplement with Biotin and Hyaluronic Acid) Wow, that's a mouth full. She is wondering if there will be any interaction with what I'm taking now and if I go on to taking this Pure L-Glutathione. Can one take to many supplements? or are most water base solubles and pass through our system? Thx
@@CyclingDave you can take too many. The better you eat and the higher quality food, the less supplements you need. Think of supplements as a way to fill in the gaps of what you’re NOT getting in your diet.
@@AdamJStoryDC That's what I thought. I eat very healthy, except for the occasional in and out type burger or Pizza. Maybe even a good old fashion candy bar.
I like this guy I hope his channel really grows.
Thanks. Check out other videos.
