NUTS! Nuts, I say! About 25 roasted almonds: 190mg potassium; about 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts: 180mg; 1 oz of cashews: 160mg; 1/3 cup brazil nuts: 292mg; pistachios & pine nuts also excellent. All the above come with the added benefits of fiber, good fats, and magnesium. Some of us live in climates where avocados are trucked in. Half are rotten, the other half (similar to bananas) will not ripen in what's left of my lifetime. All the protein choices mentioned (except chicken breast 😝 - I'm strictly a dark meat person) are outstanding. ❤ Thank you once again! Merry Christmas to all on this Third Sunday of Advent. 🙏🧑🎄🎄

This is all GREAT to know. Doc kept telling us how much milliliters each food had and I was impressed. I went to see how many milliliters the supplement I had been relying on said on the bottle and it said 99 "mg" ??? I'm confused, I always thought that meant megagrahms is that the same thing ??? I'm serious I don't know. Anybody answer 🙏 please.
I have to consider myself lucky that I can eat potassium foods that have natural sugar because the list of sugar-free potassium foods is disgusting to me LOL I love apricots and all dried fruits, I actually like dried fruit more than fresh fruit Though I never eat it by itself

3. Clams
4. Chicken breast

Avocado is one of the top medicine fuel foods. It’s healing my body as we speak. Excellent superfood
I just returned from the store with a bag of organic dried apricots. They are delicious. Thanks for the good advice!
Glad you like them!
The apricots tip from the video was a home run hit for me. It also satisfies the dessert craving I have after meals. Quick snack out the door too.
Thank you so much Dr. Adam for the infomation..
Great info, Doc. Thanks!
Dates were staple food for people in the Middle East. Very nutritious indeed.
Fun fact: In Alaska one avocado costs $10.00. That's for one (1)avocado.
We have as cost 1 dollar
Wow that is highway robbery.
Alaska is getting over on people maybe because of the economy and lots of things are remote
@@sajadphbaaaj4102where do you live? I haven't seen an avocado that cheap in years!
High cost because transportation and other factors
Thanks🎄
Brilliant thank you.

Fish can be pre cooked and refrigerated for a handy small portion.
What is some high fiber items?
How about dates i heard the sugar in dates is good for you
Excessive amounts of sugar is not good for anyone. Sugar is sugar regardless of where it comes from.

My mom is living with heart failure and kidney failure and her doctors told her NOT to eat foods with potassium. Why would they do that??
Her body doesn’t excrete it fast enough It’s one of those minerals can’t have too much of
When a kidney has a problem, it can't do its job

Well is a milligram what there talking about on my supplement bottle that says only 99mg , then food is way better of way to get potassium ?????

My doctor said not to eat too much potassium because It will raise my BP. I’m confused!
I eat one avo every day.
Dried apricots have the lowest sugar content of dried fruits, but it does indeed have sugar so “no sugar” is misleading…sorry Adam
Don't eat them.
