as a retired pharmacist with 40 years experience, I said to myself at the beginning of this video: I bet I take similar supplements to Dr. Story. By the end of the video I was smiling, I take these same six compounds as Dr. Story. Not the same brands of course, but the same six compounds for my cardiovascular health. Must be the first time a chiropractor and pharmacist have ever agreed on anything.☺
I'm taking 4 of your 5 suggestions. I take one cup of pure beet juice that I juice every 3 days -rather sweet - but I read studies that say that pure beet juice lowers blood pressure. I also take potassium in low dosage and zinc. Have never heard of NPB, will check it out. Am also trying to calm down, am rather high strung but the numbers are starting to look promising. And of course, I never stopped exercising. Thanks for your very interesting videos.
I take daily : 1.MagnesiumGlycinate -Chelate. .2. 1000mg fish oil. 3. Vit. K2 With D3. 4. Multi B or B1 alternate week. 5. Ubiquinol150 6. Gingko Biloba 120mg before bed.
I don't shop at Amazon anymore but I'm sure I can get it right from their website. Thanks doctor. I got bumped up to 100 mg of Losartan today from my doctor. I lost 40 pounds already and I have 40 more to lose, I walk 2.5 miles a day and switched to decaf coffee. I'm full blown carnivore and I fast as well.❤
Glad to say that I take those same supplements, only difference is vit C, one or two grams a day, divided dose, and I also take lycopene in powder form. Dr. Ignarro who won a nobel with studies on arginine say Vit. C helps with arginine metabolism, plus hundreds of studies on the benefits of vit.C makes it my # 1 supplement.
Nitric oxide from beets or arugula need to be converted in the mouth . Make sure you don’t use mouthwash as it will diminish your ability greatly to convert to nitric oxide and enjoy the benefits
Mine seem to be working well. 1st) Currently, I take no western medicine, at age 70 now. 1) Morninga Complex from India; 2) Turmeric Complex from India; 3) Red Vine Leaf from India; 4) Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Europe; 5) Zinc from USA; 6) Magnesium from USA ; 7) Co-Q10 from Anchovies and 8) Omega 3 from Sardines I think from Alaska. Once per day. Roots, veggies and fish based, all natural. All in the morning, some before breakfast, some after breakfast. My body seems calm, no hand shaking, blood pressure good, urine activity up, stable digestive system, blood sugar and weight under control. PS - all low cost, except for high end olive oil.
I had to quit taking Omega 3 because it apparently was causing atrial fibulation. I haven't had the problem since I quit taking it. Thanks for the above list, naming brands you take.

Before taking the potassium supplements I would frequently get leg cramps in my sleep. Not sure if it is coincidental but since taking the potassium supplement the leg cramps went away.
I'm a long term type 1 diabetic. Started taking 5 grams Citrulline daily. Ended up with macular edema and multiple aberrant retinal capillaries. This was due to Citrulline s effect on nitric oxide levels. Nitric oxide also increasess capillarie permeability. Too much NO is dangerous.
Hi dr. I’m Jenice from Philippines but I’m currently working here uae I’m always waiting your video I hope you can help may health issue I’m looking forward to do consultations to you may god bless you alway🙏🏻😇
Omega 3 morning and D3 K2 at night with Magnesium. Creatine as I’m in my 50’s now and I like working out with my weights. I also use a 3-6-9 oil blend that a put a tablespoon on my meals a couple of times a day.
I have been taking the fish oil, flax seed oil, D3, K2, multi vitamin, and zinc. I've been thinking of trying to take even less as these seem to add up on cost every month. Hoping eating better food will help me. IDK.
I use a lot of chicory (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chicory). It grows very well in a 2m x 1.5m rectangle under the alkaline conditions I have. I usually steam the leaves and grind them into a paste. Then I add them to pudding-type preparations with oatmeal and eggs. Let me think about deeper metabolic issues.
Good stack, except the Magnesium brand you mention doesn't from what I can see list the amount per serving of each type of Magnesium, I guess because its a proprietary blend. I personally like to know the serving amount of each type of Magnesium as some forms I understand have low absorption.
I was diagnosed with hypertension this year. I am taking 10 mg of calcium channel blockers. It is not clear for me if the 6 supplements can replace the hypertension medication I am taking daily. In addition, I don't know how to start experimenting with the supplements. Since I am tyramine intolerant, I can't take Beetroot supplement. But the rest of the supplements don't create any problem for me.

A question about caffeine … I’ve been dealing with a cold for the last week .. more than anything, I’m feeling sluggish and lacking get-up-and-go. At the same time, I’ve put coffee way on the back burner with the goal of lowering my bp. The result is that I am dragging! Wondering if it’s the cold that caught me or the absence of coffee. Suggestions? I’ve been drinking hibiscus tea and like it a lot, but there’s no “buzz” like comes from coffee.
Is it OK to take your recommend supplements without consulting a doctor? Biometrics wont recommend supply without medical advice. Is it OK just to take a trial and see what happens?
My doctor …( who has climbed the tallest mtn in every continent) told me that if one eats a healthy, balanced diet then taking ANY supplements is unnecessary ???
It's always advisable we get our vitamins and minerals from whole foods: fruits, vegetables, wholegrains, etc.. Commercial food supplement may be appropriate in case of an emergency.
