1 croaker fish - cleaned and gutted
½ cup green seasoning
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons fish seasoning
Ingredients for Pepper sauce
4 cayenne peppers
1 large onions
I red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
4 scotch bonnets
1 cup sliced onions
I teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
¾ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon seasoning powder
Salt
