Mam isme jo aapne last ingredients daale h oil and salt . To oil konsa use kr sakte h kya aap bta sakte h bcs hmare yaha soyabean refined oil ya mustard oil hi use hota h

Did u use black salt ? Is it imp to use black salt only and if we only refrigerate it instead of freezing it .. tab kitne month Tak thik rahega ?
I used pink salt but you can use common salt as well. In fridge, you can keep it for 4-5 months and in freezer it will last for 6 months.
