I love your videos . You make things look so very easy . I think you are a very generous contributor and love your videos and your emails . I do a lot of your recipes . Keep up the excellent work.
I’m looking forward to trying this recipe as a new Thermomix® owner. I’ve made scones the traditional way for many more years than I care to remember. 😬 I don’t like cream so I have butter and jam but my English husband loves jam and cream on top. We don’t sandwich, we prefer to heap on the butter/jam/cream twice. 🤤
Hi, may I know if it's 350 g or 300 g of plain four? It says in the video 300 but in the recipe says 350. I am dying to make this but want to make sure the exact amount of flour. Thank you!
Hi and thank you so much for the video, i am wondering could i make the dough on the night before and at which step should i put it inna fridge? Thank you very much.

Hi! Thanks for the great recipes!! Any chance on how to make clotted cream, can not find it in my country!??? I havent found any recipe for thermomix..
@@sophiapeace Yahhhhh, with the pandemic going on we cannot get sour cream, clotted cream, creme fraiche in Singapore :(. Can't wait to learn from you how to make these ;)
Love your videos. FYI, a Cornish cream tea is jam first then cream, whereas a Devonshire cream tea is cream first, then jam.
Keep up the good work.

350g. Whoops! 😂😂😂
Sophia, would you say your scones are what in USA are called bisquets? Bisquets are my husband’s favorites. Hello from Mexico
They’re almost identical, except the biscuits use buttermilk instead of milk
Hi why you did not use termomix scale, I've noticed you weighed all ingredients before making scones? 🤔
Can I use gluten free flour?
Yes, look for Becky Excell’s recipe for GF scones
No, jam first then cream, on halfs
What is clotted cream? Thank you. Love your videos. :)
It’s basically like a thick spreadable cream that we use to spread on scones. It’s delicious!
@@sophiapeace How do you make clotted cream? Can you make a video to show us? :-)
On the list :)
