I have the spark grid o full titanium on my fz09 (17) and love how it sounds. Best word I can use is CRISP! I couldn't go with the flow of the average Joe and get an Akra/Arrow/ect. The craftsmanship is beautiful on their exhaust systems and IMO Spark exhausts are one of the best if not the best around.
The way they used every opportunity to go above and beyond on the mounting points shows that they know what they are doing! Akra SC Proj. none of the major players took advantage of the extra mount point behind the oil pan and that was the first thing I noticed installing mine in 2020 on my K67. I haven't ordered an exhaust for my 22K66 but I think this is going to be it and beats my other option of the Arrow GP Evo line. I was going to have the can anodized blue and laser engrave the emblem on to it. Thanks for sharing!
The matte carbon looks nice and subtle where who made the ones on your bike? Also i am thinking of getting the grid I exhaust can’t seem to find anyone who has them in stock here in the US
Did you notice a change in engine braking after installing the system? I installed mine and noticed a big decrease in engine breaking and also when I spray soapy water on the joints it bubbles up meaning the joints leak and it's ALL of the slip joints. I've tried re-assembling it, it's as tight as possible and still leaks at every joint, but it's only noticeable with soapy water, I'm not sure if that's normal or not.... Please get back to me thanks!
Love the sound of this exhaust. I believe you sold me on picking one. Can you tell me exactly which model this one is please and thank you. Nice bike 😊
it is the grid-o, but whatever you do, dont get it from MOTO-D racing as he ripped me off and never paid me my affiliate cash for marketing his products.
Hey lonestar If you get it tuned after adding aftermarket exhaust and dont tune it to go past the rev limiter would it keep the warranty by chance do you know?
“I just installed an Akrapovic exhaust on a 2024 S1000 RR and it’s overheating like crazy. I undid the two hose clamps attached to the radiator to make it easier to install the exhaust. Everything is put back together. The reservoir is topped off with coolant to the max level, but when I squeeze the two hoses, I don’t feel like there’s any coolant in there. I have started it up a few times, and the engine is burning. Any suggestions on what to do?
@@LonestarMoto I was able to get it, you have to take off the catalytic converter holder, and that’s key to fitting the headers for the left side with that bolt which I didn’t know. It took me hours to figure that out and the instructions and you didn’t state that. I do appreciate the help though.
@stephenweewoo if you watch a video of mine and it doesn’t tell you exactly what you need then send me a message on here or something stating that it’s urgent. If that doesn’t work go on my Instagram and send me a message and I’ll catch it in my DM‘s
I can not give you that number because I have not had it on a dyno with stock and with spark, I honestly did not put it on for the extra horsepower, for me it is the sound and look, any liter bike has more power stock than 99% of the riders can handle anyway, sorry I couldnt give the exact number to you.
I got no words of that amazing sound it makes! Absolutey amazing piece of art you created! Respect!
Thank you so much!!!
at 1:30 I realized I'm not doing this myself. congrats to you and thanks for the video
Glad it helped you decide.

Great video and the exhaust sounds hellish 👍🏻

Is it okay to torque those 8 bolts before installing the headers ? Should be much easier process to do so

If you have everything reconnected, the only thing I can think of is that you have an airlock in the radiator somehow!
@@LonestarMoto Flush the whole radiator or just release the air out of the bleeder screw?
Hi,where did you get your tank cover/shroud..?thanks

I tried to follow along with this and got lost, it would have been great if you showed where the bolts and screws go
what do you need help with, do you have a system?
