Very informative video. For the low mount, what are the max dimensions for the nr plate?
I had to ditch the weird lever connection box and used heat shrink butt connectors to get a reliable connection for the light, it would intermittently just not work. In every other way, the kit is fantastic and everything fit perfectly!
When that happens it's just a matter of stripping a bit extra of the wire going into the toggle locks. In manufacturing we connect them and test them but the vibrations of the bike may cause the loose connection. Stripping extra length of the insulation and verlapping the conductor over itself fixes the issue.

No reason why it wouldn't. Use the bracket in the rear hole and one of the washers to space off the front.

Rotator. Current version made by Craftsman. A Stanley version also exists in yellow. Husky used to make yhat too.

Can plate be picked up by cameras?
Yes. The plate is not obscured from being read or captured.
I couldn’t get the connectors to stay on on the plug and play. No matter how hard I shoved the wires in they just wouldn’t stay connected. It shouldn’t be this difficult. So, I just tied them together and used heat shrink. It works, but now it’s throwing a brake light fault, what can I do to disable the fault?
Which connectors are you describing? Tail light or license plate light?
@@TSTindustries license plate light. The plug and play connector with the orange tabs wouldn’t keep the wires in place so I had to connect them the old fashioned way because I was tired of fooling with it. Now every time I turn the bike on I get an error code that says Brake Light Faulty. Have checked by a specialist workshop. And when I plugged in the OEM license plate connector the error message still stays on. What can I do to fix it?
@@tiger2q brake light faulty error message is caused by the tail light circuit. Anything you have done with the license plate light would not have affected that circuit. Please check the connections to your tail light. Are you using our tail lights, OE , or another aftermarket solution?
The quick connectors for our license plate light have to have enough conductor sticking out of the insulation of the wire to work properly. I have noticed that if there is not a lot of conductor sticking out of the license plate light wires the connection within those gets a bit wonky. In that case i strip about 3/4" of insulation off the wires, then overlap the bare wire to double it, give it several twists, and end up with about 3/8" of doubled wire. That gets inserted into the quick connector and orange toggles get pressed down. That works very consistently in correcting the issue with the connector that you described.

@@TSTindustries thanks. I think I figured it out. At the time I didn’t have the integrated tail light installed yet. Once I installed everything and plugged in the tail lights the code mysteriously went away. Not sure what the tail lights had to do with it because it only had the brake light fault, but that seemed to do the trick. It’s not the prettiest connection but it works. I spent about 45 min trying to get that connection to work and I was just fed up. Thank for your help.
For s1000rr 2015 ??
We have a different fender eliminator for that model and it is not a low-mount.
