Thank you for all your information. Regarding the hypoglycemic diet and eating small meals throughout the day…will this not interfere with the day’s MMC complex? Is the night time MMC work enough for the gut to clear its contents - such as with working out SIBO? Thanks!

I never had blood sugar issues until I was put on hydrocortisone. It was a nightmare for me. I'm so glad I'm off that stuff. My blood sugar has been normal since going off that steroid, but I never did lose the 20 lbs I gained, practically overnight. My Dr dosed me too high too fast. I have an entire wardrobe I no longer fit into. 😩
I’m so glad you’re off the HC as well! Weight loss resistance is quite common for our patients at the beginning of treatment, but normalizes throughout the healing process. adrenable.drandrewneville.com/dr-nevilles-weight-management-guide ~Kim, Community Coordinator

I am going through an extremely stressful situation right now (moving from one state to another) and I am wondering what supplement would be better to take during this transition- dhea or pregnenolone for adrenal support.Thank you.

I was diagnosed with CFS and Fybromia. About 10 years ago. (Also hypothyroidism) For the past few years I have been eating OMAD pretty much ....trying to incorporate more animal protein.... Eliminated most carbs (anything white) and refined sugars/processed foods Trying to incorporate Keyto-like diet If I go back to eating many tiny meals/healthy snacks....that will spike my blood sugar...no matter what food it is. .right? I feel like I am going to pass out often with exhaustion..... So where is a good balance? Trying to give liver a break by not eating for long periods of time...also insulin resistant 🙃

I have high blood sugar. Very low carb diet for over 6 years. CGM proves it does not drop too low at night. Does that mean I don’t have adrenal fatigue?
