B.B.Q. Chicken Kontosouvli on Firebrick Spit

- Here I'm making a traditional style of Greek Souvlaki. When we make it with larger chunks of meat and cook slower over a Souvla (Spit), we call it "Kontosouvli".
I'm using Chicken things (boneless/skinless) on this time around, though Usually, we make it with Pork Shoulder/Butt. It can also be with lamb and Beef.
Check Out the Recipe I went with on this first Kontosouvli. Actually, this is my first video on my channel that I did, but it was only uploaded to my Rumble channel first. Then I started one here on TH-cam and just adding this one now.

Love the video. Bought rotisserie motors, a Cyprus bbq and a bigger metal rotisserie from the Scarborough place. I’ve been eying that brick bbq they have for a long time. Is it easy to put together and can you disassemble and move it if you have to?
