    Yeah that body position in swimming is definitely due either to a lazy/weak core ... Something maybe to focus one. As a semi pro swimmer myself it was something i also had to work on a lot the past few years

    When running by power do u find carbon shoes falsely elevate it? Just something I been wondering not sure how it’s calculated

    Ditch the kick board puts you in the wrong position, you need to mimick the position your going to swim in, head down pushing the hips up , sculling when you go to take a breath , Talking Heads!!! bro keep that up I'll have to subscribe
