    • @bakerfresh
      @bakerfresh 8 ปีที่แล้ว +111

      yes. much better acting than his accent. really, who still says Z and V to make themselves sound Russian. Better story would have been when he said the cops found the gangsters dead in the basement with Barbie Dolls lodged into their eye sockets. Nice intimidating leather vest, luckily grandma was their to save the day for wardrobe. A shame grandma didn't have any Cloaks of Betting Acting hidden away in her attic. I like how they mix bad choreography with worse acting to soften the blow. Really a shame when you know the stars are much more talented physically

      Size and weight is 2 diffrent things.
      1) When people talk size, its often related to height, and not weight.
      2) There is weight divisions, because it wouldn't be very fair for a 5.10, 160 pound man, to go up agains a 6.4 250 pond man. There is a reason that its WEIGHT divisons, and not HEIGHT divisions!!

      Oberyn vs. Gregor is a rather questionable example, however. In the fight proper, the smaller man was clearly the more skilled and dominant combatant. Martell wrecked The Mountain and pretty much had to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory by changing his mindset in the encounter from one of a life-or-death battle to that of a grandstanding interrogation.

      damndisplace07 I can't believe tall people are so butt hurt over this. I don't see anything ridiculous about this fight. The Asian is only a few inches shorter than than the tall guy. I'm 5'8 and beat up a guy that was 5'11. This video mirrors that exactly. I guess even though they're tall physically, mentally they're the size of a 2 foot dwarf. It's very sad when you have to tell a tall person to grow the F up. Most of these people trolling probably aren't even tall. They're probably just European.

      If you're smaller, you might be a bit faster, because you have a lower center of gravity and less weight to move around, but that's about the only advantage you have.
      If you're taller, you have more range with your punches and kicks, which is a huge advantage and it's also easier to check the opponent with your hands and arms as he tries to rush in and tackle you to the ground. If your opponent gets in close, you still have an advantage, because it's easier for you to use your knees to strike him due to the height difference and you can also work more effectively from above, when you push him and drag him around by the head to break his balance. When you fight on the ground, it's also an advantage, because you can use your long legs better to kick him off or hold him in a leg scissor, while grappling with him.
      To put it short, when skills are equal size really does matter.

      Watch my TOP 10 Fight Scene's episode. You're telling me with a straight face, that this scene is better than any of the top 10 fight scenes? Many of which ARE "hollywood." The fight choreography in this scene is literally repeated by the hero at one point. If you're trying to state lower budget films or fight scenes are better than hollywood, you picked the wrong scene from a lower budget film to make your point. I've seen great fight scenes in low budget films too. Some of which are on my top 10 list. To state this is great fight choreography in this scene would indicate not watching very many action/martial art films.

    Size doesn't mean shit, at all. A 5'4 foot tall guy with martial arts skills and fighting experience can take down a 6'2 man who thinks he can scare people with size. Look at "The Runaway" where Dwayne Johnson was fighting the Brazilians. They were moving so quick and were so evasive that Dwayne couldn't even keep up with them. Also, Jackie Chan and jet Li are short people, but can take down big ass dudes. Seriously, all the tall ass people need to get over themselves. Just because you "look" tough, doesn't mean you are tough.

    • @Guamparrapo83
      @Guamparrapo83 10 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      thats' why you need to put examples of great martial artists. Of course size matters. If we talk about untrained people, size does matter and, in fact, it's usually the main factor. And what you say won't happen always. A big untrained dude can take a skillful little one if he can take many hits but also strike well once.

      It was the Rundown. And it was also a movie. Portraying Dwaine as not wanting to fight, and then when he did finally fight their speed and tactic were of no use. I'm not saying Dwaine should have won against them, I'm just saying don't use movies as a way of explaining fights. Especially when you're wrong about the outcome.

      Lol seems like you can't get any humor out of anything anymore without PC police coming in. Pretty narrow minded since of reality there if you think tall people always win. "reality is something else" as if fights don't always pan out for the more experienced fighter. -Mind blown-

      - Karma - not allways, not in this situation> 190 cm strongman vs 210 cm normal man. but in this situations 185 cm vs 150 cm. unless 185 is suffering from a bone desease and is alos extremly skinny, but normally yes.
