For one thing you should have done a better job cleaning up around the fill area i cant believe how crusty it was and is and you should have replaced the lower gromet also i bet you still have a problem good luck
You must have a 2005 Mustang. It’s a coolant line to keep the throttle body from icing up. They changed the design in 2006. You will have to re-route the line or find a used one from a 2005.
BBK provides a U-tube with their 05-09 mustang throttle bodies to act as a recirculator in lieu of having that functionon the TB itself. U-tube is stainless steel, dimensions are 9mm outside diameter, 55mm total outside height. Any similar tubing should work.
Thank you so much, worked for my car. Love your content you’ve probably saved me so much money

Hello, Can you please tell me what scanner you are using? Thanks
We have an Innova 3040rs OBD2 scanner, here is a link to one on Amazon: amzn.to/3fcJqgK
Now I’m having trouble starting it up
I changed mine but I didn’t do this last step. What is the purpose of doing the pedal thingy please help
It kinda helps it get acclimated its like pressing the break peddle after the breaks
What code was the car throwing?
P0122, P2106, P2135 codes
will this be the same process for 2006 mustang GT V8?
Mostly, the throttle body is different for the V8. We have a link in the description for the unit.

This reply was for the filler neck video
So theres no reason to take the car to the dealer to program the throttle body ? I was told you had to take it to the dealer
If you don't have the confidence you can take it to one, but there's easy DIY step by step process videos I recommend doing it yourself
My throttle body has fuel lines on the bottom, the new one doesn't....

How do I re-route ?
