With being so active you might want to make a larger percentage of your energy intake from carbs. Protein is great but the body can’t use it if there isn’t enough energy. You need carbs to make atp for protein synthesis. Also being super hungry at night is a big indicator you aren’t eating enough in the mornings. Studies actually show front loading calories is better for perfromance, well-being and aesthetic goals. One tip could be to try a gel or a carb drink if you don’t like food - but ultimately it’s all about training the gut. It’s a muscle just like your skeletal muscle and needs to be adapted to accept food overtime. I used to not be able to eat befor and now can have two pieces of toast, a bagel or oatmeal like 30-60 mins before a hard run
i really relate to 75 hard making you feel worse instead of better about health/fitness/mindset. When I was able to just release the feeling i needed to do that program to prove I was mentally tough ... I ended up feeling so much better. I even dropped 5lbs of stress/water when I made the decision to stop. Thanks for being honest and open about it!!

lol i forget you're in hs still cause you hold a better mindset and routine than half of my college peers 😭 edit : also im lactose intolerant and greek yogurt is fine! i think its bc its straining process that the lactose "level" is lowered and therefore more digestible😊
i am very similar to u with sensitivity to dairy but not greek yogurt too. i think its because of the probiotics in greek yogurt that makes it tolerable
You should maybe try a healthier version of a energy drink, Celsius being the first thing in your body is a little rough. I believe in balance, but I also am worried about the long term affects Celsius has on people

Hi Amelie! I’ve watched almost all your videos and you’re literally the most motivating person I’ve ever followed. Anyways, I wanted to ask if you ever felt like you’ve made no progress? I’ve been eating clean and enough while being in a calorie deficit, working out efficiently with one rest day a week, and have been consistent for a month but i’ve seen no progress 😭 Do you have any advice for me? Thank you ❤
keep going! sometimes you’re making progress and you just can’t see it (that’s why i recommend taking progress pics!!) also your body takes time to change!
Same here, i’m feeling unmotivated because I m not seeing results. I missed one training session and now I’m feeling so guilty that I feel like never going back to the gym… I need to get out of this circle
