I also love old book pages for crafts. Our small town library sells books from the used book room in the back. That's a great place to buy books and the money is for a great cause. 😊

Have your husband cut you a small block of wood with a slot in center to hold the large paper clip you recieved. Decorate and use as a photo holder. Love the things you are making.

Oh my! I’m going to have to go to Goodwill and get some books.
Those long clear strips are to put on the spine of a binder and then you can label your binder. Bet you will have fun with all of that. :)

Edith, thank you for showing the envelopes & pockets, and thank you for finding that mini sewing machine. I have a portable Singer Sewing Machine that I have had for almost 50 yrs, & it weighs a ton. That little sewing machine is perfect for crafting as well as little 'mending' projects. I love your pocket & envelopes. :) Stay safe & well!

I don't have any old books. Hurricane Harvey took them when our home was flooded. But have replenished my papers and cardstock. I found a paper that is a copy of an old letter, and am hoping to try your pockets. Love the video.

I'm just stuff order when it comes to books not old old books I'm over books for children because I was a teacher but I love that old book that you showed that was beautiful.

I love this idea. As soon as I find a book with the pages falling out I will try this. Most of my books I have are autographed by the author and I won't use them. Keep up the good job on the videos.

I I like the idea of the end of the month drawing, as I was finding it hard to get things done in a week... I still want to make the gift bag album but didn't even get it started (though I did buy some gift bags!).

Ms Edith wonderful pockets. I wonder since you are gluing 2 pages together, if you can glue the back page going in the opposite direction. That way, when you fold it over on top, the writing would be in the right direction. If you are gluing it down in a journal, no one will see the back anyway, right. Just a thought, trying to help.
