I just love watching you. One days that I'm having a bad day or I'm thinking about my son. The one that passed away you can sure lighten my heart. You put a smile on my heart that's what i'm gonna say. And getting that swatter to send that fly to his heavenly home crack me up. Thank you for sharing such wonderful ideas. Have a blessed evening.
This is where I need to start. I'm collecting lots of ephemera now and I want folders to hold them in because I have shelving above my desk just perfect for the folders.
You're a life saver, I love, love everything you make. Thanks for showing your projects I'm being to feel like HOARDER, seems like I'm always shopping. Lots of huggs🥰
These are so cute!! ❤ I'm playing catch up since I haven't been on in a couple of weeks. We moved to a new state, and between packing, moving, and now unpacking, I have been so busy I can't hardly see straight. So I'm trying to slow down and catch my breath - and get my crafting supplies unpacked! 🙃 😂😂 Thank you! ❤
I've been homebound and often bedridden for last 5 years so this isolation is no different for me. Have been binge watching TH-cam on journals. This project is the first one I'm going to attempt. Love your covers images. I'm not in Facebook. But will take before and after... I've journaled since I was 10 years in 4-H. I've 60 years of binders. Non look pretty! TYFT
Just watched the journal made of old hanging folders. It is GORGEOUS! My fave colors, too. Thank you. PS I just gave away about 50 of the hanging files. Sad face.
I am watching this for the second time because I have started my first ephemera folder and I am up to the inside covers. So I'm watching and pausing while I make each part of it. I did start without watching along, but I was a bit unsure as I was thinking ahead of when to do this or that. So thank you so much for making these videos. My brain doesn't retain much content these days, so watching and pausing is how I'm going to have to learn. When you made the plastic pockets, what did you make the clear part from? I do hope I get a reply by the time I get to that point. I am making 5 or 6 ephemera folders and I am making them first and then in a couple of weeks I will start on the inside of them. Thanks
Hi Thank you for doing this video, I'm doing the journal with you! I was wondering where you get your wide cotton lace from? I saw some on the cover of some of your journals. Thanks Sue
thanks for responding! I just finished sewing plastic sheets 4 pockets I'm making your emphera journal my 1st ever thanks for the video it really helps!! Sue@@SCRAPBOOKINGWITHMECRAFTS wow
I live in a small town. The books I get are not old. Would u like the the book. I got some old paper from the” paper outpost”. I have one soft cover that is kinda old I can share with you.
Thanks for another great project. I do have a question not related to this project but a Cricut one. I have wasted several sheets of paper trying to put together the Giant rose in Cricut #M11894618. Have you put that one together? Could you do a video on it, please? Also, do you remember how many flowers you put in flower pot purse?
Stacy C Aka Mams I am not sure I will have to look that one up and let you know. And not sure on how many. I just put them in there until it looked full.
Scrapbooking With ME Crafts thx. I would appreciate it. Did you know that you can find the manuals for cartridges in Cricut. I was so excited when I found it.
Hi Edith, I'm in the process of trying to make one of these ephemera holders. (9X12). I'm using a book cover as my outside. A question I have for you or anyone here that would know, if I don't have a sewing machine, how would I be able to use a plastic page protector & secure it to the file folders I'm using as the pages? I don't have acetate or vellum & thought the page protectors are clear & I can see items. Thank you in advance.
@@SCRAPBOOKINGWITHMECRAFTS I do have the Fabri Fix and red line tape. So looks like I can start to build my holder. TY for the quick response Edith, appreciate it. Have a good night.
Libraries sell off old books. And I've got a bunch of books if you need more!!!! Edit: I just realized this is a 3-year old video... sorry! But I do have books if you need some!

If you have a good double sided glue or a good strong fabri fix it should be good.

That is great. I want photos when you finish! Thanks a bunch.

I measure like you. Find what works easiest. I am not very good at measurements.
