I'm looking for ideas to put in my kalender. I'm a beginner in the scrapart world. So I'm searching through TH-cam like a vacuum cleaner hihi. And I'm going to use this envelope idea as a page thingie in my second made album. The theme is Valentine. I'm using loads of pink roses paper together with Parisian themed images. We got married at the Swedish embassy 2019, so Paris is close to our hearts 💕 My husband said a while back that you're making cards for everyone else but non for me! So I got bad conconscience. That's why I'm attempting an album for him, remembering our Paris trip with our tickets, photos, small paperbags and whatnot. Well, my ambition is for something like that anyway, but who knows where it will end! Hehe So thanks for your videos and ideas. I've seen some so far, and I'm convinced that I'll watch many more... And I apologise for my crappy english, but im Swedish and English isn't my native language. But I hope that you understand me anyway... Hugs from Sweden 🇸🇪 Stay safe and take care! It's a strange world we're living in, so much hate and violence, but also tons and tons of LOVE ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
When I am crafting I put a baby wipe in the bottom of an egg cup. Then I put my glue bottle upside down in the cup. Thst way it doesn't dry out while I am working, the glue is in the tip, and I am not putting the cap on and off all of the time.
Good idea! I use shot glasses. They come in many sizes (I have found out) and I usually get them cheap at the thrift shops. Also, I don't tie bows well either but someone suggested using tweezer to punch the knot, once you tie the first knot, and it's like a third hand helping you tie. Good luck.
I use a piece of flower foam or a square of Styrofoam, both from the $ Tree. I can put more than 1 bottle in it, & I just leave it on my craft space. :)
I love how you figure it out as you go. This is similar to my creative style. Your voice is calming and I really enjoy watching you work. I've never made a journal but I think I'll start.
Oh my! I ordered the envelopes before I even finished the video, then made a few of these. I just now finished the video and have to add so much more to the journals. These are so beautiful! So many pockets!
I just can not understand why you get some ‘“dislike likes”. Actually, it ruffles my feathers. I truly not understand why someone would do that to your posts. Keep up the good work, you are appreciated!
Jamaine...On the bright side, I read TH-cam rules and ALL attention is good for your channel. So, those idiots who think they will hurt someone by downvoting are actually doing the opposite. All traffic is good. They should show the downvoters though. Excellent video as you said.
I'm new to these creative journals. And oh my! Now I know why I've been collecting all the "stuff" - just for these! Thank you. I love love love this. I will make one or two or many!
Very cute!! And perfect for a right handed person! Since I’m left handed I think this would work best in reverse. Writing pad on the left!! ..... and for bows always go around and down instead of up and around.
Such a beautiful handcrafted gift. The recipient will treasure it forever. I will make some for my closest friends. Thank you for sharing your talents with us.
Very pretty. Great friend gifts. I have many to give to, and I am fortunate to say the least. This will be a good addition to my list as I don’t duplicate any gift. Thank you for sharing.🤗
E, this folio is just beautiful, but I knew with all the wonderful craft visions you have, I never doubted it would be anything less. The story about your granddaughter made me smile because we too have a granddaughter just like yours. Our Hayden is 10 yrs old who never is at a loss for words. She has been getting in trouble because of her excessive 'chattiness' since daycare. She loves to ask questions & also loves to always tell us 'Did You Know' Facts. I look so forward to more of your wonderful, creative & beautiful projects. Thank you, as always, for sharing. :) Stay safe & well!
I love this. I saved the link in an email and I've watched it twice. Think I'm going to make a folio using Spring pretties! Thank you again for such a beautiful project.
I have to make this! You are a very talented woman, E. More than being talented, you inspire me, and I am certain so many more than myself. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Thank you for always telling us each detail. Some of us have been watching & know these things but we have to remember there are newbies that need to know each step now. You are wonderful...love your ideas.
Hi Miss E! Love your envelope project using my digitals! The paper I printed on is HP Presentation Paper 32 lb. It prints so vivid. I so enjoy your channel and all you do!
@@s.baxter3891 HP Paper Printer Paper 8.5x11 Premium 32 lb 1 Ream 500 Sheets 100 Bright Made in USA FSC Certified Copy Paper Compatible 113100R, White. I bought it on Amazon.
Such a pretty project. BTW, I not only can't tie bows, but I also can't cut paper (or anything else) in a straight line. Sometimes I even mess up while using a paper-cutter.
I struggled with tying bows also, but I found if I tie them upside down, the tails actually face down. I love those papers from hello susan - so now I am a proud owner! Thanks for the share!
Hello Edith. I was yelling to you not to glue the whole panel because it was going to be a pocket, but guess my voice did not carry down south loud enough. Then with the small tag or larger one. No no, the smaller one. In the end this is a beautiful Christmas folio which could also be any kind of folio. I did not find the envelopes but this could also be done with envelopes close to this size or not. It's up to what size you want it to be. But, I do like the size you have chosen. Be safe & TYFS
So beautifully done. I looks like you could buy it from a store. I was surprised to see journals of all kinds at Barnes and Nobles bookstore today, but none are as pretty as yours.
OMG, such a beautiful Folio! Just gorgeous papers! I watch all your videos but I never comment. You are truly so talented and so easy to follow your instructions.Blessings!
Take a water bottle, take off the cap. Cut top 2/3 bottle off. Turn top upside down and put down inside of booom. Tape edge.(so it doesn't come apart. Now you can put your glue bottle in it, upside down, and it's always ready to use, not having to shake the glue down to the nozzle. Soooo convenient!
I love this pretty & festive folio. It would make a lovely gift. The only negative I see is the pockets cover up the previous beautiful paper. Happy New Year!❤
Pretty? It's turned out beautiful! I think I might have to give this a try, though I mightn't have the EXACT same prints (I DO have s***loads of holiday-themed cardstock, scrapbook papers, stickers, what have you, I may have to get more of those, and maybe some swarovski crystals). With that said, I've always preferred to use the surgeon's knot when it's time to finish off as it's much stronger and sturdier.
So lovely! I wish I had gotten myself together a little sooner for a little gift for a friend who is stopping over this evening! Thanks for sharing! Blessings! :)
Good morning E. well it’s 1:47am here in Alberta can’t sleep again so I came online and saw your video. Love this! The papers are gorgeous. Thank you for showing how to make your beautiful creation and for keeping me company 🌹❤️ hope you and your family are doing well
Love these.Beautiful. A must make.Thank you 😊
This looks like a good Ladies' Sunday School Class gift. Good use for those envelopes I bought for an Album. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
This is gorgeous! I can't wait to make one for each of my friends ❤

Can you share the link that you order your envelopes from? I didn't (or couldn't determine) which one it was. Isn't this envelope beautiful?
I just can not understand why you get some ‘“dislike likes”. Actually, it ruffles my feathers. I truly not understand why someone would do that to your posts. Keep up the good work, you are appreciated!
I've noticed the same thing but it seems no matter who or what the channel is, there are always "dislikes". I don't understand it either.

Susan, love you paper. Can you tell me where I can find it? Thanks, Lorie
Is it HP, or Hammerhill Printer Paper, they have both on Amazon. Bright white, matte?
It sounds like it is pretty thick while she is distressing the edges.
