Hi I myself supported Christian missionary and contrary to what most people teach in history not all settlers were out to kill native Americans In fact many sideways were encouraged to marry from native American tribes and to live peacefully with them There are many native Americans that found Christ as time went on particularly with Thanksgiving that was an actual treaty with the particular child that had 50 years of Peace in the area.
Native Americans were actually spread out throughout the land so it was very hard to document whose land was who because a lot of times one tribe would conquer another tribe and take their land and there was no concept of this is our Land get out. I spent several years researching about native American culture trying to understand my great-grandmother who was the daughter of a Lakota chief. He was a Christian because she grew up on the reservation and I believe her father and came to know Christ because of going to the reservation and interestingly enough reservations are all over the United States and the ones that don't take government assistance they're amazingly beautiful You should look up a tribe called the Lumbee tribe. Be so amazed about how it's run and how people are able to live well and to provide for their families and many of them know Christ yeah
